I live in La Paz half the year and this place is my hands down favorite. The fabada is the same as it is along the Ramblas in Barcelona. Baked fish with a cilantro sauce over spinach is wonderful. Everything is tasty and healthy. Despite the many other quality options I am there twice a week.

My husband and I visited Stiges while we are visiting La Paz. The dining area is located in a lovely courtyard. The staff was competent and gracious. We had an appetizer sampler of cheeses and jamon and sausages. My husband had paella. He was satisfied but not overwhelmed. I had grouper prepared with spinach (two ways) and served with gnocchi.... We liked this place. Quirky but classy. The food was delicious we sat out in the courtyard which was nicely lit and spacious. Food beautifully presented and a nice variety. Generally Spanish rather than Mexican dishes. I nice change from the places on the strip.

Manchego cheese and slices of pan duro, fabulous for vegetarian me. And pulpo en vinagre for my carnivore husband. A wonderful Spanish tapas bar steps away from the Malecón was just what we needed after a day on the water. Aprovechen!

Me and my husband had dinner in this charming restaurant with a private backyard garden. The owner is from Barcelona, the food is delicious: we had 2 appetizers (pulpo a la gallega and a tuna carpaccio) and 2 main courses (squid ink rice and a grilled fish of the day with organic vegetables). The presentation of the food was really... More

The black rice with calamari is may favorite, but everything they serve is great. Vicente takes very good care of the place and serves very good quality of food.

I was there with a friend, being myself originally form Barcelona, I know my spanish food. We had an excellent wine (Protos) and very interesting starter, hummus with JAMON serrano, we loved it, we also had a fideua, it could have been a bit more abundant, but it was really tasty. The owner came to our table and we chat,... More

My wife and I had lunch in their simple but pleasant courtyard. Beef carpaccio was delicious, and I had a really outstanding paella with lots of real saffron, shrimp, crab, chicken and pork. We also had a very fine caprese salad. I would recommend this place without reservation.
