My wife and I ate at Mariscos El Molinito several times on our recent visit to La Paz. We initially chose it as it was one of the closest restaurants to our hotel. Boy were we glad we found it! The food was delicious and authentic (noted by all the locals that filled there restaurant every night we went). Service... More

Terrible service. Took half an hour before we got our food. The restaurant was not full. The food is not that good.

We ate there twice last week and both times it was great. Amazing ceviche and other fresh seafood. Highly recommended.

Stopped here for (our included) lunch as part of our visit to La Paz. The food was excellent. Our family had seafood tostadas, and chicken fajitas. I can't comment on the value/prices as the tour operator picked up the bill.

This place is pretty much at one end of the malecon; lots of seating. So many shrimp dishes, it was hard to pick just one. But the coconut shrimp won out for me; the garlic shrimp for hubs. These are not small shrimp either. And are they ever fresh! The shrimp dinners came with a salad, no dressing tho, and... More

The fish dish (sarandeados) and ceviche are the way to go. Sarandeados is a whole fish baked to perfection covered with a layer of cream sauce. It is super delicious and can easily feed 2 people. Ceviche is a great way to start the dinner as well. Fresh seafood covered with salsa and lime juice. Huge serving. Tacos, on the... More

We only had a snack there because we were not that hungry. The tacos were decent, about the quality of a kids meal. I think they specialize in the more expensive meals, which looked great if you want a huge meal, but we did not have to opportunity to try them.
