We were excited for dinner since Topanco had great reviews but it was beyond disappointing. My family is not picky with food but the dinner was just bland and terrible. The soup was watery, the salad tray gets reused yet they don't give you proper utensils for half of the contents on it and lastly the food was terrible. When... More

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We visited twice, once with another couple. The service was great, attentive but not hovering. The owner, Alfredo, greeted and seated us. We were in the patio on both occassions. It is closed on in four sides by walls composed of intertwined branches , only about one quarter of the ceiling is open... More

My friend told me about this place for breakfast so I thought I would give it a try. They start you off with toast with sweet potato jam that was excellent. For my breakfast I ordered the shrimp omelette which was very good. My favorite part of the entire meal was the flour tortillas which were the best I've had... More

This review is for breakfast, 4/23/17. My cousin and I were leaving Rosarito for the wilds of California and she suggested Tapanco for breakfast. We arrived at around 10:30am and there was a line out the door. My cousin wanted to sit on the patio but the manager said that if we'd accept seating in one of the tiny rooms... More

For whatever reason, Rosarito has plenty of mediocre-quality "steak house" restaurants (El Nido, Pelicanos, El Encino, La Estancia), and this is just another one. On the plus side, service and the hand-made flour tortillas are excellent and the prices are fair. The food, however, is simply lackluster. At least they don't overcook the meat here, but not much else to... More

Stopped to have dinner with some friends. Food is good, quick and priced very reasonable. Just remember you can never go wrong with Mexican food. Everything that was offered on the menu looked good.

This restaurant is so cute, romantic, and airy....You can get almost anything- Shrimp dishes are great...Salad is made at the table and offers many choices. Great place to go with another couple.

This is by far the best restaurant in the Rosarito area of Mexico. The table side salsa is the best you will ever experience. I love the salad arrangement, not to mention the meats. The rack of lamb was out of this world. Fun place if you want high end Mexican food.

This is a quaint, charming little business in Rosarito. Service is usually fast and waitresses are friendly. There is an inside area and an open-air patio area. The selection of marmalades offered varies from week to week. The tortillas are made in a corner, where you can watch if you want. Children are welcome. There are cute little birdcages around...
