La Espadaña is "the spot" in Tijuana for a good mexican breakfast, yes the wait sometimes can be longer than desired but it is always worth it. Cafe de olla & chilaquiles won't ever disappoint.

This is the place where the "well to do" people of Tijuana go. There's absolutely nothing about this restaurant that makes it an exceptional establishment. The food is well served on a "fancy" clay dish and merely well garnished... that does not, in my book, make a meal any good. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you... More

You can tell when the food is good ..... when the cars are waiting in the street for a parking space in the parking lot. Well, we didn't wait, rather we parked down the street and walked but yes the food was worth the wait. While everything we had was good I really enjoyed the Juevos Rancheros.

During my last visit to Tijuana I went twice to La Espadana, which clearly reflect my gratitude towards good food. Waiting could be a bit bothersome, however the whole experience is worth every minute. The restaurant has a nice family ambiance. Breakfast at this place is a heavenly experience. Don't miss several type of chilaquiles (with special mention to mole... More

It is a place where you can take one of the best breakfast in Tijuana area, and it´s called "Enchiladas de Mole con pollo" and I liked a lot. And you must ask for the "cafe de Olla" and brown sugar.

They offer several dishes that keep the original mexican flavor. The place is comfortable and nice to enjoy with friends. If you can, you must pay a visit here and won't have regrets.

used to go all the time, great food and service, but by law all taxes should be post it in the menu, however they slap you with the iva (VAT) , 16 % when you receive the bill, I do not like surprises

This is a nice restaurant, good service and good mexican food. I mainly come here for breakfast with business colleagues and I have never been disappointed. I always custom make my own scramble eggs with frijoles and potatoes. Best drink will be the Cafe de Olla (spiced coffee)

I visit often this place, cause there is not too many good places to go,but my wife like it,and I'm I try to make my wife happy;however is not a big deal,I'm repetitive customer;and they have so much customers that they take you for granted, and you have to be asking for stuff that in other place they already know once you...
