Read the reviews. Wanted quiet restaurant and meat. Garden is really lovely. Food was ok. Good not great. Caprese salad excellent as were mushrooms. Steak good for Mexico. But not for This Chicagoan. Pretty empty for high season.

We had a 7pm reservation with 6 other friends last night. We had a rounds of drinks in the outdoor courtyard which is very nice looking before heading inside for our dinner and the AC. The outdoor area is better for 4 to 6 people rather then the 8 to 10 groups. The sangria is very good here and so... More

People told us it was great for steak. There were 3 of us and no one was impressed. Maybe try again another time. Hope better. It's in a hotel off the Costera so not to much of a view. Just the street.

The Costa Azul is really turning into the place to be for good restaurants. This steak house has moved to a lovely location on the street behind Suntory, Pesca'o, Nuovo Gusto. There is an air conditioned dining room and a garden where on Friday night, live music was playing. The service was terrific. I had Caprese salad; the tomatos were... More

They have moved and the new location is wonderful. I greatly enjoy their garden setting and the food is as wonderful as it was in the old location. I have dined on both their rib eyees and t bone steaks and found them to be prepared perfectly. Highly recommended.

I had tried this restaurant when it was in the Hotel San Juan and it was very good. The New location on the same street as Suntory and right next to Nuovo Gusto. This is a very clean and nice looking place with outside garden seating although I choose indoor A/C. Service was a little slow even as we were... More

We have been dining at Las Carolinas for a few years and thought they had closed. But Yea, They only moved to a better location and a beautiful new restaurant. The garden seating is wonderful. We could not have asked for better service. Everyone went the extra mile and took care of all of us. If you like Chicken, then... More

I had heard that Las Carolinas had moved to Costa Azul very close to the Costera so we wanted to try it. The meal was delicious and the outdoor garden was lovely. My friends had the Caprise salad followed by the grilled chicken breast which they loved and I had the mushrooms in garlic to start and a piece of... More

This restaurant has moved to the Costa Azul area and the new location is on the street going up from the Costera by Suntory. We sat in the outdoor garden area and had a great meal and really enjoyed the wine, entertainment and service. After appetizers we both had great steaks, baked potatoes and afterwards baked apples wit caramel sauce... More
