Mision de los Arcos The hotel's restaurant is called the Terra Cotta Restaurant.  We stayed for 28 glorious days and ate brunch and dinner exclusively at the Terra Cotta!  The ambiance, the servers and the food were top notch quality...and the prices...so reasonable!  The restaurant is famous for the Pan Frances (French Toast ), huge servings  of fluffy bread with... Terra Cotta offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas. We ate here 3 times over a two week visit and it was perfect each time. Loved the Cobb and Florentine salads. Best Chocolate cake in town! Mixed drinks were decent too! Highly recommend.

I believe this is the best restaurant in Huatulco. This is our second year staying in the area for a couple of months and nothing compares to their service and quality of food. Pizza's are incredible, soups are fantastic and the salads are delicious. The portions are very generous. They have the best tortilla soup you will ever taste. The... More

The place is certainly lovely and classy with attentive, friendly service but a restaurant with such raves should know how fish should be cooked. My husband and I both had fish dishes and his fish tasted totally chewy from being overcooked and my prawns were rubbery. It was covered in a cheese sauce that was overwhelming in its taste. Heavy... We had spent 2 weeks at a couple all inclusive properties and had tired of the food and atmosphere but had spoken to a couple of groups who had eaten at the Terra-Cotta and raved about it. After meeting Sam (owner) after being shown to our table we asked him to recommend what to eat - he said they made... More

The food was great and the service was good as well. Our only complaint was that the food came to fast. We like to enjoy our courses and our wine. Definitely a must when visiting in the area.

We ate here three times during our recent trip to Huatulco. The first night we went because we were too exhausted to explore and this restaurant got the highest Tripadvisor reviews. The second time we went because one of our kids really liked the desserts. The third time we went because one of our kids had really bad mosquito bites... More

When we went there the first time the place was full and we were greeted by the owner Sam. He regaled us with stories of Huatulco in it's early years and entertained us until there was room for us. Sam speaks perfect English and truly made us feel at home. The French toast were amazing and actually made us go... More
