West Park Cafe has the best hamburgers. The bun is multigrain and homemade. Very tasty. Meat is fresh and not as salty as most other restaurants offer. It is very big, so bring your appetite. The coffee is excellent as well, a really nice dark roast, very flavorful

The West Park Cafe (also known as Max's) is a local favorite for breakfasts and lunch. The owner, Max, makes wonderfully flavorful coffee and (daily) bakes fresh bread and rolls. We think that the breakfasts are among the best in Huatulco.

Fabulous club sandwich on freshly baked bread made by the Italian owner, Max. We are just about to head back breakfast and (hopefully) one of the cinnamon rolls that everybody else raves about... they sell out quickly every day.

I found this little restaurant on Trip Advisor. We decided to try it. We each had a burger and they were exceptional. Nice to have something different from Mexican food while in Huatulco. I definitely will visit again next time.

It was so delicious that we came back two days in a row. Had the créeme roll and the apple roll the second day; both great but the créeme was my fave.
Also had the chilaquiles which have a spicy ranchero sauce which is very tasty!! But spicy.
The cappuccino was nice and strong (double cappuccino) anda my hubby had a fresh pitcher of lemonade. Fresh made as well as orange juice, which is also freshly squeezed.
Highly recommend this cafe for the taste, quality of food and the service!!

As most say the cinnamon buns are great. The club sandwich is even BETTER. I went a few times in the weeks we were there and I have to say that the club sandwiches rank among the best I have ever eaten anywhere. This is really amazing because as much as I love most of the food in Huatulco that is not true of the bread! Max makes his own and it is absolutely delicious.

My husband and I walked in to La Crucecita from Santa Cruz to experience the legendary baking at West Park Bakery, it was well with the rather sweaty trek as we were not disappointed in the food and drink! The Americano and Coffee were made from local beans, freshly ground in a burr grinder for each cup. I had a chocolate roll fresh from the oven, bittersweet warm and tender... need I say more? My husband had a veg omelette, that was accompanied by shredded potatoes and toast, delicious!
Max and his crew bake only two types of sweet bread a day and in small batches, I recommend getting there by 11 if you want to be sure to experience these tasty treats. If you are too late and miss out, don’t worry too much the rest of the menu looks delicious as well:)

My 5th year in Huatulco and have become a frequent visitor to see Max and the staff...especially for his Americano coffee and fresh homemade cinnamon buns on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings! Relaxing start to the day so sit back and enjoy. If you're looking for a quick in and out, you're best to find another place.
