This place is a great place for people watching. It is right on the Plaza Machado. If you go on a Friday or Saturday evening you'll be able to listen to music, watch the vendors sell their handmade goods and see the romantic neighbors strolling the Plaza. This evening we both had the Mahi Mahi stuffed with seafood. It had... More

We had garlic shrimp that was great. The service was very good, the atmosphere was great and the food was very very good. A serious must do.

My GF and I visited La Tramoya on a Sunday evening, as were staying in Old Mazatlan for two nights. Service was quick and friendly, on a busy evening. The GF went for fish, which was excellent - very fresh, tasty, and elegantly presented, and I went for chicken with Molé. Wow! This was utterly delicious, served with a creamy... More

The menu has some really special treats, and the waiters are very attentive. We have gone here several times and have always had good food and good service. the atmosphere of the plaza is active and always something to enjoy. Christmas time the plaza is decorated with lots of little lights a very festive time. the different seasons provide diverse... More

We all had margaritas and cold beer they brought in a bucket full of ice. It was before lunch so we had some nachos. Very tasty. Then a group of performers started to break dance across the street in the plaza. Nice ambiance.

I don't claim to be a foodie. I just like good flavorful food. You will find it here. We had the cuiltacoxhe crepe as an appetizer. Wonderful flavor, light crepe. Chamorro was fall off the bone tender. My wife has the spinach crepe, also very good. Our dinner companions enjoyed their meals a well. Our waiter was attentive but not... More

Our favourite for a drink or a snack or full meal in Plaza Muchado. Friendly and experienced waiters. We enjoyed the ceviche and spinach crepe.

We ate here twice and enjoyed great food both times. The shrimp are very nice and the fish (mahi-mahi was excellent. There is live entertainment on the Plaza but it was not over-bearing. Wandering musicians are to be expected and small gratuity will get you some unexpectedly good singing - Miguel does a great Malaguena despite a very work guitar!

During this visit to Mazatlán we are here for only one month although we wish it would be longer. Twice we have had wonderful breakfasts at this restaurant and were very satisfied both times. The omelets were prepared well and presented beautifully with salsa, beans, and delicious potatoes. The toasted bread buns weren't bad either! The waiter was attentive and... More

Right on the beautiful Plazuela Machado, this restaurant specializes in Italian food. We had lasagna and spaghetti and both dishes were tasty, well prepared large portions with excellent seasonings. The service was a little slow, but there were 10 in our party. The food was served hot, and the ambiance while good was enhanced by being located right on the... More
