You should see their breakfast menu! Lots of options! Start off with freshly ground coffee or a latte (they grind their own beans) and finish with an excellent Mexican breakfast. Then check out the shops and fresh fish being brought in on the beach. If you're shopping, Antonio and Antonio (father and son) will swing you a good deal in... More

Hotel coffee was not always great and this is a groovy place to go. Local papers in English and some desert type foods. Next to good massage place and decent tourist stores.

The coffee is roasted on the premises. Surf burritos are great for breakfast. A nice selection of pastries and desserts. lunch is also served.

We stay a couple + miles south at Torres Mazatlan. It's always on our to-do list to walk there for breakfast. Great food, smoothies and their own roasted coffee. The wait staff are always inexperienced but they make up for that with their genuine attentiveness. It's worth the effort to make your way to this quaint, gringo -owned restaurant.

Great coffee, great cause. Money goes to help people in need. Roasted on site, it is delicious. Hard to find great coffees in Mexico but this one is a gem. We buy our coffee beans here by the pound and ground it at home (our boat)... Love it

The Looney bean can be found in 2 places in Mazatlan They are owned an operated by the same family. The beans are roasted at the Cerritos location There other location is Olas Altas across from the ocean Both locations are pleasant experience and offer great food. Breakfast is my favourite. The environment is very relaxed. You can even spend... More

We stumbled upon this when we were out for a walk. It is fantastic - they have the best coffee / roasted in house. They even sell breakfast.

The Looney Bean serves consitently good coffe, and has expanded their menu to breakfast and lunch. We buy bulk coffee by the pound ground or in beans.

We stayed at Costa Bonita about 1.5 mile away and wanted a casual breakfast place a beach-walk away. Looney Bean was perfect! The help is young, attentive and smiling, the food a happy mix of American with a touch of Mexican if you want that. Me, I don't care for salsa or peppers with breakfast so I stayed with eggs...
