So we purchased a condo in the Marina and were looking for a place to eat that wouldn't be too expensive. The Marina has several small budget restaurants but we were looking for food that would feel homemade. While walking around the Marina we ran across a small and very cute restaurant and ask to see the menu. We got... More

We were on a taxi tour and brought here by the driver. We enjoyed the food and scenery, but he did not tell us how long lunch would take out of our 3 hour tour. We spent over half of our time just at the restaurant, and missed out on so much else we wanted to see. We watched others... More

While traveling to Nuevo Vallarta, my family and I went to El Nogalito, in the tropical forest outside of Purto Vallarta, to zip line. This excursion was highly recommended and we all had a great time. The guides did everything they possibly could to make sure we were safe and had a great time, and they succeeded well beyond our... We just try the zip line, my wife and daughters 9 & 7, but the service and the experience was amaizing. We went in a Disney Cruise and this experience in Vallarta's jungle is priceless. I recommend to go early in the morning to avoid long lines. Ask for Santiago, great guide to the zip line, the price is good... More

I loved the experience of seeing their botanical garden, hiking along the creek that is part of this preserve and having lunch at this restaurant. The food was tasty and their margaritas are smooth and strong. It is very special to see this tropical landscape, (we took a guided hike), and then to dine in this outdoor paradise. We went... More

I had lunch at El Nogalito earlier this month. Great atmosphere! While waiting for our lunch to arrive, I looked up and spotted an iguana hanging out in the canopy right above my head. The food was good and I felt the prices were reasonable. I had a Pacifico and shrimp suffed avoado, it was about $12 american, and the... More

We were taken to this restaurant for lunch during a private city tour. It is down a very bumpy dirt road. I never thought we would get there. It is located in the mountains in a jungle/rain forest setting. The tables are set out on a series of natural terraces that work their way down to the river. There is... More
