The breakfast and lunch are so delicious! Very creative breakfast menu. The chilaquiles are the best! My daughter had deep fried eggs on a spinach purée, absolutely fantastic. We had a Caesar salad with chicken and fish tacos for lunch. Again very good. We are...back for breakfast again be this is our favorite. Just off Basilio Badillo on IL Vallarta. Easy to find. I love to cook and have good food. This is a must try if in PV. Owner and staff are awesome as well.More

On a whim tried Azul Bistro just off Basilio Badillo for lunch. What a terrific decision that was. Though a limited menu there was still a great assortment of choices. Esmerelda was our server and she was fantastic, so attentive and caring. We opted for...Fish Tacos, lightly battered fish atop a chipolte aioli (my best guess) topped with a delicious slaw. The other entree was Chicken Enchilada’s in a green sauce. WOW - so delicious. Accompanied by amazing mashed potato and refried beans. They are open for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend.More

My husband and I go to this breakfast/brunch spot almost every weekend and it never disappoints. There are a few tables out outside and more tables inside. We've always managed to luck out and score an outdoor table for two. The staff is super friendly...and if needed, they speak English. The service is always attentive and quick. Once they made a mistake on my order and they quickly fixed it with no problems. :) Esme is usually our waiter and she is super! Food: I always order the chilequiles with chicken and a scrambled egg. My husband orders a Machaca. The food is always super yummy and it's a good plateful so you can almost skip lunch later. :) Bistro Azul is highly recommended. Go and enjoy yourself!More

The best breakfast in PV by far, if you want authentic, Mexican, foodie-recommended food (not typical American fare). It's a little family-run mom and pop place where you can see exactly who you're supporting. Really sweet people. And the cutest indoor and outdoor space --...just a couple of blocks off the main path with the crowds of tourists. The chilaquiles are a must try!!! It's a traditional Mexican breakfast dish of tortillas smothered in sauce until they're semi-crunchy. You can choose green, red, chipotle, poblano, or mole sauce -- and ask for your level of spice with any of them. Top with eggs, chicken, or skirt steak. I recommend both eggs and skirt steak, topped with spicy red sauce. Literally one of the best things I've ever eaten in PV.More

I saw the pic of Scotch Eggs (they call them Huevos Azules), and that is a hard to find dish so worth a try, so glad I did. Here's the thing, go with another person because I ordered the below and it was way too...much. Coffee (obviously) Huevos Azules (2 scotch eggs, spinach puree, scoop of mashed potatoes, cup of papaya) Pancakes (the biggest, thickest pancakes I have ever had. So good but too much for one person). I will absolutely be making this a usual stop on future trips.More

My boyfriend and I went to brunch here and it was delicious. The kindness of the owner made it a perfect first day of our trip to PV!

Not sure, don't know that hotel, as noted it is on Vallarta, half a block off Badillio Basillio. Good luck.
