and octopus. We had 1 larger deep fried snapper for 295 pesos and one regular sized pan fried for 210 pesos. Both tasted great with no fishy taste and each came with really good el dente fresh vegetables and a small scoop of rice. We also had the garlic octopus for 210 pesos but it was in chunks instead of the entire tentacle that I was hoping for. It was good but not spectacular. We then also had the seafood soup for 185 pesos and it came with a large piece of crab, lots of prawns, fish chunks, and some octopus with avocados. The soup was excellent and very tasty. Each of us ordered a beer at 55 pesos ….total bill for the 3 of us came to 995 pesos not including tip. It is a restaurant on the smaller side but we lucked out with a table right by the outside so lots of fresh air. The restaurant closes at 8am and when we went on a Sunday at about 6:30pm, it started to get really busy by about 7pm. We would definitely go back as the food was very good and fairly reasonable prices.

Great selection of seafood items. Our group ate here several times during our visit and we’re never disappointed. The fresh cocktails are so tasty and the empanadas were stuffed with cheese and shrimp. Excellent value and friendly family service.

This is a nice little gem a few blocks off the Maelcon with good food at a good price. Place is somewhat small, but open at a corner so it doesn't feel cramped. Open until 8 pm (apparently last seating). Menu was flexible with seafood cooked in various methods. We had grill shrimp and a fish that was on special in a special sauce. Nice helping of vegetables with the meal (unusual in many places) and a bit of rice. Noticed someone brought their own bottle of wine (wine is available at the restaurant too). They said it is okay with a $100 corkage fee. Might do that next time. Good causal place for good food in a simple setting.

We were given salsa and chips, after eating some my wife noticed a tooth pick in the salsa. We told the waitress who just shrugged and did not appear to care. My wife had ordered pinot grigio which was fine, she ordered another glass from the same waitress and was given chardonnay which was awful. We will never go back there

My wife and I visited today for lunch. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the food as they made my red snapper dish wrong( fried instead of grilled) The waiter wanted to give my wife her order while I was to wait 20 minutes for a remake of mine. Not a good idea. I believe that because of the order problems something should have been offered by the restaurant. A complimentary dessert would have been welcomed

Have visited here several times and liked it, but never again. Ordered red snapper snd was told they only had big ones for two. Ok. We had chips and salsa for start and my second spoon of salsa turned up a toothpick?? There were no toothpicks on the table so where did that come from? We complained but they couldn’t care less.so disgusting. I I should have left. I felt sick at the thought and couldn’t eat my fish, which was in fact tiny and only served one person with one portion of rice and veg? I ordered pinot grigio and got chardonnay. Total top off of a place, never again. Don’t eat their salsa

As my first & second choise were fully booked I spontaneouse decided to try this restaurant. It has a nice seafood menu and looks like a restaurant which is frequented by locals & tourists. I was sitting near the kitchen and so was able to "overview" cooking progress. The chef did a quite good job - I love watching kitchen staff who knows what to do and are working with a steady flow. I ordered the Pulpo al Ajilo. This is one of my favourite seafood dishes in Mexico. A pulpo get`s almost fried in garlic topped with some sliced chili. So the pulpo normaly has a crispy crust but with a very tender & soft meat. Poorly this time it wasn't served like this. The pulpo was sliced and cooked in a sauce, which didn't had the classic garlic taste. As it was cooked in a sauce it was soft but not crispy. It just was ok. Nothing special but also not bad. As there is a big offer of very good seafood restaurants in Puerto Vallarta I sadly will not come back and would prefer other restaurants.

This is definitely one of my favourite seafood restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. The fish is always fresh, their daily flavoured waters are a delight and the food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable and service is good. My favourite is the fish ceviche tostada - out of this world deliciousness and only at 17 pesos a piece! Highly recommended!

The good is amazing, it is very affordable, service is great, and we visited 2 times this week. The pescado ceviche tostadas are a must, the salads are crisp and fresh. The bacon wrapped shrimp Gabardina was awesome. This visit my wife ordered the fried red snapper. Their vegetables are perfect so we asked to skip the rice and double the broccoli, calabacita and carrots. This place has been here since 1989 for only one reason: everything I just told you!

Since this was our first time in the Zona Romatica we were looking for a Seafood Restaurant and found this little place near our Hotel. We loved it so came back seven times on our two week vacation. Cold Beer served in an ice cold glass, perfect on a hot day! The hostess and waiters exceptional. Very friendly atmosphere! We would come at 4:00 pm for dinner and never had to wait. The waiters would greet us warmly each day we returned. My husband loved the garlic shrimp with rice, vegetable and bread. On one occasion he tried the coconut shrimp. I enjoyed my shrimp tacos served with salsa, fresh lettuce with a variety of sauces. One day ordered the ceviche and quesadilla which was also very good. One day I wanted to try the whole Red Snapper but the ones that came that day were too big for one person. Perhaps next time! We will definitely come back on our next visit to P.V.

Delicious food, with large portions. I ordered tacos and a side of guacamole (large, incredibly fresh) and was given sides of salad and pico de gallo. The lady serving me was lovely, explaining the dishes with enthusiasm. Really good.

This is the most wonderful place for a meal. The staff are kind, helpful and above all - friendly, warm and caring. The food is always delicious and no matter what you order, you can’t go wrong. I had the fish special of filet of fish with cilantro - superb. A must stop whenever we are in Puerto Vallarta - in fact we go multiple times, it’s that good.

Finally made it after passing by a few times only to find long lines. Impeccable service – well-mannered staff. I enjoyed the Mahi Mahi in garlic with rice and steamed vegetables done perfectly! My partner had the garlic shrimp (large) with rice and veggies – very tasty as well. Ended our meal with rice pudding. A good experience and would return.

Food was tasty but of a very small portion. Had to order 2 main entrees (breaded Mahi Mahi & spaghetti with shrimp) to feel somewhat full. My wife ordered the grilled Mahi Mahi also a small portion (like children size/portion. We ate all the fixings and bread as well. We are not large people but are seniors.

Horrible service, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with service. My husband and I were waiting for a long time to be served, staff never acknowledged us. In fact, they decided to seat other customers and never sent us anyone to help us. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Please do yourselves a huge favor, DO NOT go to this place. Other places are so far better than this restaurant.
