It's nice to find a Japanese place that doesn't revolve around sushi. Apparently the place is very busy all the time but we had no trouble getting a table in just a couple of minutes. I loved the concept of a small place in a...More

We had Karaage-teishoku, Kakuni ramen, and Tantan-men. The chicken karaage was juicy and moist, though I like the outside more crunchy (but was still good!). Kakuni in my ramen was thick and very tender that I could cut it easily with my chopsticks. Uma Uma...More
This is one of my favorite spots in Guadalajara. I can't think of many options better than UMA UMA. Their japanese food is just delicious. Not much to be said, you just gotta go and try for your self. You won't regret it. Try and...More

This is a nice japanese place where it is modern and hip. The dishes are good, I love that you can order food that is not that common to find in other japanese places.
