Yeah yeah yeah, they are very popular and being around for long time. But, go to Pozolería Atemajac (near the subway station near Av Camacho) or El Castillo del Pozole (Pozole´s Castle) at Av. Cruz del Sur in Pinar de la Calma. Way better options...More

This place seems to be busy night and day. There is always a line, but it moves quickly and efficiently. The staff is amazing, I don't know how they keep everything straight! Lots of authentic Mexican dishes to choose from, I couldn't get enough of...More

Amazing Horchata, Tostadas de Pata (debonned!), great Arrecheras, guacamole, White Pozole and more! Real Mexican classics done well, tasty and soul comforting. Worth the long lines that are a daily occurrence but don't let that stop you, this is the real thing. Mexican food for...More

We had a "pollo con chocolate" in a complete dish and everything was delicious. We also had fresh juices and dark beers to drink. The waiter was nice and fast. Everything was very good. It's definitely worth the 30-minute line at the entrance.

Stumbled into this place because of its huge lines during peak times. Inside, the dishes are very well served and with good flavor. Might not me 100% authentic or have that 'home cooked' flavor, but it is still super good and you will be super...More

Don’t ask any questions, just get there. At most times it’s crowded so attendants may delay a little... don’t worry, it’s still worth it. Hands down one of the great restaurants in Guadalajara, food is lovely.

I discovered this restaurant my last day in Guadalajara. Far superior to drab hotel buffets. The servers were uniformed and obviously (slinging trays as they were) competent professionals. Good options for breakfast. You don't get the view that you get at some places on the...More
