Typical mexican environment placed at Polanco area. Different options to eat since a traditional "Arrachera" or "Azteca Soup". A suggestion to start with some typical appatizers to eat and drink like a "Sangrita" based in small dosis of Tequilla Añejo followed with a small coup of light sauced peppered juice. A wine menu is an option. Nice to eat with... More

We chose this place because it is in a historical building, close to the hotel so we could walk. It is lovely at night with twinkle lights, wooden floors and ceilings. The food is a mixture of Mexico and Spain. be prepared for goat meat, blood sausage, etc. We had a nice queso fundido, spanish tortilla, and a classic bean... More

I attend with friends every year to taste the great flavor of the Chiles en Nogada. They are just great! And specially because the venue is very nice. Located into an old house in Polanco, you will have the feeling of really being at home and with the best service. I suggest you to try the Chile en Nogada with... More

While staying a local hotel, one evening my husband and I went walking in the neighborhood to find a local restaurant for dinner. Well, we happened on this gem on our walk and we are planning to return in a few months. We were welcomed immediately when we walked in the door. Everyone was attentive and so kind. The menu... Staying at a hotel close by, we literally walked into it and what a find. Service was beyond good. Food excellent. Baby goat was incredible and the best Cornish hen ever...would go back if there is time.

We stopped in for a normal breakfast and ended up having an "experience". The server suggested the baby goat - beyond description how good it was. The steak, tortillas and table-side salsa made this a meal that we'll never forget. It was so great, we went back in the early evening for drinks. Same great service. We'll be back soon!

Good place if you are looking for authentic spanish food. The service is also very good. Do not miss the pulpos a la gallega and the crema castellana!

Dinner at Casa Hevia was overall very nice. The place is on the fancy side with old fashion Spanish decoratios. Service was good. The brings some mexican snacks in the begging (super spicy pickles) and bread. Tortilla was good, Cheese plater is pretty large. Pan con Tomate was delicious (not on the menu), and stake and salad were good and... More

We decided to visit this restaurant after a long day walking in Mexico City, the restaurant is in an old mansion with old-style deco. The service was inmaculate, attentive and very amicable, the chickpeas starter was super, the bread was warm (something quite unusual in Mexico City restaurants) and the sauces not so spicy. I had some sirloin medallions with... More
