This place was alive and vibrant, dinner was authentic and the servers were wonderful. I did not try a desert, but the double Expresso was exceptional. My only regret was having experienced this solo as my travel companions were off on a separate adventure.

Have enjoyed croissants in many countries and have to say that Bertico's is right up at the top - sublime esp with an excellent cappuccino. Breakfast not quite so perfect but good. Several locations including Calle Regina.

We stopped in here after a long day of walking as we needed a coffee pick-me-up. We definitely came to the right spot! I had a double of espresso and my wife had a cappuccino and they were both fantastic. We were at the small bar and there were other interesting people to talk to. It is a nice place... More

Great service, wonderful coffee and good desserts. It looks like they serve a lot of other foods. There's a wide variety on the menu. Very clean! Close to everything right downtown.

Very poor food, no taste at all. The portions are big but are a big plate of nothing. The service is average. Mmmmm no

The café was full, so had to wait for a short while, but it was worth it. The tables are rather crammed in, but good variety of foods offered. We ordered the Puttenesca Fettucine, servings were huge, I only managed half of mine, but really delicious. Service was friendly, though a bit on the slow side, but not a problem.... More

Go there if you want a decent Italian coffee... the coffee was the best we found in Mexico City and so we returned. Once we made the mistake of eating there too - very average!

Chipped and dirty plate, waitress on her mobile phone the whole time even when taking orders. I had to go in myself to ask for a clean plate. Food mediocre. Don't bother.

We'd arrived in Mexico and discovered this little gem not far from the hotel. The menu is quite comprehensive with a wide range of dishes on offer, which brought us back a number of times. Although it is advertised as an Italian cafe/restaurant, the food was more a fusion. The service is good and fast, but we did find that... More

Went here on our last day for a change from hotel breakfast as it was just next door to the Ciudad de Mexico Hotel - delicious pastries, gorgeous coffee and great service. Good prices too - a cross between an American diner and a French patisserie! Worth a visit!
