This is a very good restaurant in a beautiful old building in the Centro Histórico. It specializes in grilled meat and fish, which are simply prepared but of high quality. All main courses come with a choice of a soup first. There are daily specials of wine by the glass. For less than 20 USD you can have a very... More

A very friendly atmosphere in a nostalgic scenario building. The food is very good and includes soup in any of the main dishes. You won´t regret it. A good bargain.

Lovely courtyard cafe in middle of historic district. Super for a great lunch rubbing shoulders with local people. Great service with amazing salads....chicken and tuna particularly good. All food looked excellent and at very reasonable prices.

We had a reservation, so we did not have any problem to get our table. The atmosphere is nice, calm and quiet. The service is excellent and food delicious. I recommend Sopa de Tortilla and Arrachera. Panqué de Plátano con helado de chocolate. I had a very pleasant time there.

One of the factors that makes dining in Mexico City's Centro Histórico so special is the abundance of restaurants set in historic buildings that have been revamped for modern times. The high ceilings, interior patios, large windows, etc. make these spaces extra attractive. When good food, attentive service and affordable prices are added to the mix, it's a win/win situation.... We were seated in an air-conditioned, glass-enclosed lobby right away. Two waiters brought us drinks along with the soup course that was included with our entrees, A plate of lime slices and a basket of fresh bread with the most delicious butter spread were also included. The corn tortillas tasted homemade, and the entrees were just slightly spicy. A bowl... More

Attentive service, good, authentic Mexican food, pleasant and quiet locale on the second floor. I would recommend it to families, couples and people traveling alone.

Set in the heart of Centro Historico, this place is light, airy and calming. Service was friendly and fast; and food well prepared, flavorful and well sized portions. Such a pleasant place, I will return.
