Lovely ambiance with attentive service. Excellent ceviches - we got the sampler and were not disappointed. The grilled octopus is great. Not mind blowing food but solid for a relaxed and fun lunch

This small restaurant has fabulous food in an intimate atmosphere. We had the fish tacos and calamari for appetizers, then the paella. WONDERFUL. Dessert was excellent as well - the wrapped/toasted banana was fabulous. Very stiff and proper Maitre d (owner?) became very friendly as the evening progressed and we chatted. My husband also had a business meal here and... More

This restaurant is well located, just in Hotels area in Polanco. Sober decoration and quiet ambiance contrast with the exited flavor and mexican touch in every dish. The best for me, were the Ceviche Peruano and Tuna is a good place to eat quiet and calm.

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel so we were a little nervous going. Turned out to be fantastic! Pisco sours were great along with the fantastic ceviche!

Great cocktails, good ceviche, aguachilies and a great spicy rice dish, "Arroz con Mariscos". If you are at one of these hotels and are too tired take on the town, this is a good option.

This restaurant is the world ceviche capital. Really wonderful mandarina ceviche and black squid ink ceviche. People who like ceviche will love this restaurant and those who don't know ceviche will become advocates. We also had halibut perfectly spiced served over black squid ink risotto. The cocktail menu was also creative. Service was warm and friendly, the decor didn't attract... More

Agua y Sal was completely charming - the ceviche was impeccable, and the owners made sure to help us English speakers find the perfect entrees for our tastes. Definitely recommend!

This spot is right out the Hyatt's back door. Nice relaxed atmosphere, and as you might expect they have many different ceviches to choose from (maybe 16?).

I went to Agua and Sal restaurant with my husband. It was my first dinner in Mexico City just after arrival. The food was delicious, portions very big, waiters so nice and helpful. We tasted wine from Mexico and we loved it. I will go there again! I recommend PULPO – SO GOOD Lenguado, Chuachinago al pibil, Sopa de moriscos.... More

We enjoyed dining at this restaurant. It is informal, but the service is serious and professional. The seafood is delicious. Especially the ceviches, which are really excellent.
