Along with the tasting menu, we had the wine pairing. The food was delicious and inventive. Wine paired well. Service was attentive but nicely relaxed. Since we're NYC residents, the total price was quite affordable by our standards ($315 total). A fine way to end our vacation. Highly recommend!

When you reach the dizzying heights of fame you need to do something special. We had the Chef's Spring menu and, sadly, it was ordinary. Worse, the staff didn't seem to care (other than the sommelier). They were on automatic, with rare glimpses of passion or personality. The paired wines were tolerable but further info about the wines was hard... More

To dine at one of two restaurants in Mexico City included in the World's top 50 (the other one is Pujol), you'll obviously need to make a reservation several weeks in advance (ours was made 5 weeks prior). Jorge Vallejo's creations are worth it. To be honest, when I first looked at the menu I felt disappointed. Still, I figured... More

So tempted to compare with Pujol and Noma Mexico. enjoyed all 3 of them, all exceptional in a different way. Quintonil presentation would be the least challenging for foreigners. Very dainty dish sprinkled with local delicacy e.g. ants eggs. (the other 2 are far more generous!) love the fish with burnt chile chipotle.

Food experienced here is not the 'same old' thing one thinks of as Mexican food. This is 'new' Mexican cuisine where Mexican flavors and elements are approached with respect and innovation. Food presentation is beautiful while tableside service is attentive and courteous. Imagine a first course, an avocado 'tartare' with ant eggs, as voted the table's most favorite dish! The... More

Excellent food, like Pujol with Haute cuisine but with Mexican accents. The drinks were delicious. the dessert were amazing. What can I say it was as expected, delicious.

This little restaurant is amazing! The menu is not very big, but every dish is prepared with love. The sizes are small, so you can order many things to try from the a la carte menu, which is quite reasonably priced for a place like that. There is a tasting menu also which we did not have. My husband and... More

We ordered off the a la carte menu and had a number of dishes to share. Everything was so fresh. The meals are a decent size. The ceviche was superb! Service was great, very attentive staff. Prices are really reasonable. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic restaurant. It deserves all the praise and accolades it is getting. It is not cheap (about $50 per person for lunch) but it is worth it. Aside from ordering a la carte off the menu there is a tasting menu that has about 11 dishes, all very small portions for 1850 pesos (about $100). If money... More
