We were in Oaxaca for a month and yes, wanted a little break from tortillas and moles. This is a clean, healthy restaurant that serves beautiful salads, ceviches and juices. We had the grapefruit with mineral water drink which was very refreshing. The ceviches are delicious. My husband did get an empanada too and it was light and delicious. It's... More

The salads were good in this place, the service was pretty good too, other than that, it's a fairly typical sort of place. prices were reasonable.

Across from the park in the Jalatlaco neighborhood of Oaxaca. Excellent and attentive service. Fantastic breakfast food. Varied menu and welcoming space. The omelettes are a favorite as are the yogurts and smoothies

I had some good recommendations on this place and went for breakfast. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't stand out at all. The portions were big but the food came luke warm at best and it was annoying that the locals who came before me got their food quicker (the same dishes practically). This wasn't particularly tasty and was quite... More

The food here is wonderful. You can tell it is fresh and cooked well. The salmon is delicious as is the homemade ice cream. The only bad thing about this place is they run out of things really fast. I went back 2 nights in a row and one morning for their home made vanilla ice cream and they were... More

The menu has so many choices we had to keep going back... and loved everything we tried! Vegan, vegetarian and carnivores can share the same table and a nice bottle of wine overlooking the park. Really quit nice.

Well what can I say .....the American way, not eco friendly food very little organic, but if you don't mind those things then good salads in a land where salads rarely exist

This place is just south of El Llano Park. We went for breakfast several times and dinner as well. On the menu they list symbols that you can see for each dish. Some are organic, others gluten free, spicy, etc. They have wonderful smoothies for breakfast. If you get the eggs, I recommend trying the one with herb santa leaves.... More

I like the veggies in the dishes but I don't understand the food aesthetic. A rice with chicken dish was large enough for a to go carton for a later meal, but I could not even taste the soy sauce. Like no sauce, bland. Pad with chicken had the strong tamarindo flavor of pad thai but no fish sauce or... More

My favorite dish, ordered on both visits - shrimp, melon, lemon, cilantro all mixed together to refresh.
