Haven't eaten such delicious food in ages. From the cheese soup, via the bass to the Crème Brûlée in particular. A great composition of flavors in great balance. Had a chat with Daniela the chef afterwards. A lovely as much as humble person.

We cannot recommend Lum highly enough to anyone staying in San Cristobal. The chef is so talented, offering such a varied, faultless array of food. In our opinion Lum is equal to any of Londons top restaurants and is so reasonably priced for the delicious food served. Of particular note was the Passion Ceviche and Mushroom Carpaccio. The Duck Confit... More

Went to have supper with friends at this place because we read that this was THE BEST RESTAURANT IN SAN CRISTOBAL. Unfortunately, it is not. The place and the service is magnificent, waiters are attentive, the decoration of the restaurant is gorgeous, however, food isn't tasty, it's plain and simple, eatable yes, but do not expect a great meal. Overpriced... More

Everything it is billed to be- very good food and funky stylish setting. An oasis on a hot day, and the waiters wear beautiful aprons!

Virually no words can explain how good this restaurant is. Ate here twice in two days. The beef ribs and creamed corn were magnificent, slow cooked ribs with a rich sauce, creamed corn complimented with popcorn, a cute twist. Desserts are a work of art. Feel like no matter what you ate it would be amazing. Lucky enough to meet... More

The San Cris restaurant scene shifts rapidly as places open, close, move, change, etc. But there is little doubt that Lum is currently the best out of many excellent places. Surprisingly not overpriced, it has a wonder fusion menu which is great from entradas and salads to main courses and desserts. The best single item is the pulpo a las... More

We did not stay at this hotel, but went there three times for dinner, the place is so good. Very varied menu, excellent seafood, great service. The place is also fantastic at night, has beautiful gardens. The bar is also very good, even though the service can be a little bit slow there.

After many visits this is still the best. The food is absolutely superior, the chefs are gourmet and Internationally trained. We know them now and they are sooo nice! The owner is sweet, the service is great and Jessie Newling often entertains with her guitar and lovely voice. We always go for dinner but, we hear the breakfast is excellent.... More

I don't think there could be a better restaurant in San Cristobal than Restaurant Lum, which I would describe as a "Michelin Star-worthy experience". To say the food was over the top, sophisticated, delicious and beautifully presented would be an understatement. At the end of our most-excellent three course meal (which w/ 1 drink each ran about $25USD p/p), we... More

We found this place by accident, it's not in the center, but not far either. We saw the design and decided to give it a try. I think I ate there the best fillet steak I've ever ate! Amazing food I highly recommend!!!
