I come here to eat occasionally. It is never super spectacular but it satisfies me in that comfort food sort of way that I crave from time to time. Don't eat outside because you will be bombarded with street vendors – literally several a minute. You will just have to keep saying "no, no, no, no, no, no" repeatedly throughout... More

In such a touristic city this traditional Mexican taquería comes as a surprise and makes a difference to most of the "contemporary" eateries that grow all around the place. The service is standard and the prices are reasonable, in line with the same kind of food in any other Mexican city (which is not small issue for San Cristóbal).

Had dinner here while staying at San Cristobal del La cases the food and service was really good the look of the restraint was just average. My wife thinks the food was the best in our Mexico trip were I thought it was at average but still nice. So a bit of a mixed review. Still well worth a visit... More

This restaurant serves OK food and the service was OK, too. It's somewhat forgettable because nothing stands out. If walking by and feeling hungry, by all means drop in and eat. But don't go out of your way to visit.

Was there in May. Could have been that I was lucky but I ordered chicken fajitas and they were quick enough and tasty. Nice place. I'd eat here again

We stopped in here for a light lunch/snack and were pleasantly surprised. The carne asada tacos were simple, but tasty, and the guacamole was freshly made. Both were quite reasonably produced. The aguas, though sweet, were also nice. The place was mostly full of people watch the footbol game.

Lot of different tasty tacos and good coffee as well. Quick and friendly service. Prices are okay. We liked it.

Good tacos al pastor, tacos de rajas, very good frijoles (like a bean soup or carne en su jugo), plenty to eat for seven bucks including beer. Does high volume and is clean so likely to be safe for gringo guts. Friendly and attentive service.

Visited this place with a group of friends. Service was good and the food was tasty. I had the tacos. I choose one of the options with pork, beef and cheese. It all comes mixed together from the grill with a stack of tortilla. Tasty. This isn't ground breaking food but I enjoyed it.

Maybe it's noted on the menu but my change was short ten per cent. When I queried they said they deduct the tip. Only place in town that does. Good range of Mexican food at average prices. For those who like something different they serve Atole Guayaba, a traditional hot malty drink made with maize and guava. Nourishing but quite... More
