Get yourself off the hotel zone strip and go where the locals do. What a treat this was. Found it online and headed over for breakfast. We found an extensive menu and a wide variety of selections. The food was very good, service excellent. A modern, fashionable decor. Immaculate including the bathroom. The prices were very reasonable. We were there... More

The food and atmosphere was great. However, CUSTOMER BEWARE...this is the only restaurant I have visited where I was charged for the "complimentary" bread that is offered to patrons upon arrival. Overall, the price wasn't bad; breakfast for two cost us a total 35 U.S. dollars. My concern is being charged for what is offered, in addition to what was... More

It was my all time favorite restaurant every year for 6 years. I went there a few times a week. The service is still very good. The menu is changing - more limited. I used to think of it as a "Mexican regional cuisine" gem. Many of the things have disappeared from the menu and more fusion type items are... More

This little gem in Cancun away from the crowds and the tourists is an excellent spot for high quality food and pastries. The place is clean, the service is excellent friendly and super customer service oriented. Nothing compared to the service at other places where the staff is tired of the crowds. I had the "crepa arrachera," my husband had... More

A great, small restaurant with outstanding pasteries. We only ate breakfast here, but it was outstanding. Mostly locals as customers. 1/12 blocks from the downtown Walmart, easily reachable by the R-2 bus from the Hotel Zone. Worth the 10.5 peso bus ride for sure. And besides, it gets you away from all of those touristy spots in the Hotel Zone.... More

Invited to join our new friends (locals, and staff from the hotel) for desert and coffee. We have never had cafe de olla before, but enjoyed watching the unique process by which is made. Very delicious! Enjoyed it so much, we are looking at ways to begin making it at home! The pastries were also excellent. A very pleasant experience.

We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted warmly by the staff. We were a party of three and we each ordered something different. We were all very happy with our meals. They also served a basket of assorted breads while we waited for our breakfast to arrive. Highly recommended.

The service here makes you feel welcomed; very attentive, patient and polite. The atmosphere is very calm and chilled. A very good way to start the day. The cafe porter 65 cold brew coffee is the most satisfying coffee I have so far in cancun. The enmoladas poblano and chilaquiles are flavorful and generously portioned. We had a very good... More

They have two accounts on trip advisor. Food was delicious, ambient is nice. But the staff is so rude, we haven't any wish to come back again here or recommend to anyone. First we give credit card to waitress m, she didn't take her. She was just saying tip, propina, tip. We told her that we will give her tip... More

Great breakfast. Very clean and a welcoming business. Extensive menu. AND the pastries are a delight. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon is very good. Reasonable prices.
