Nondescript entry down to marina level reveals a local seafood shack. Service was attentive . Food was good and inexpensive with cold beers. The tacos and pescadillos were great. Filet dishes were good and whole fish was fried extra crispy. I didn't care for the taste of the whole fish , which was a hogfish apparently, but I guess it's... More

Saw this restaurant through dinners and drive in's I believe so wanted to check it out and get away from the expensive hotel restaurants. I would have given it four stars but the fish taco's were so disappointing. Two cold flour tortillas, three strips of seasoned grilled groupers and a few strips of red cabbage. No sauce, no nothing.. puzzling... More

Enjoyed the eating are, in back of restaurant...like eating on a beach, but plenty of shade. Delicious fresh salsa with chips, best I have had in some time. My wife really enjoyed the fish tacos. I had the specialty, fish tiki or something like that which was also nice. Very good service. Fair prices. Did not seem like a tourist... More

This restaurant was recommended by fellow travelers at our hotel and did not disappoint. I loved the shrimp wrapped in bacon with an apricot sauce! My husband enjoyed the rice "soup" with seafood. I would suggest requesting a table with a view when making a reservation.

We heard about this place through a taxi cab driver. We checked into our Resort and took a taxi to this restaurant and the taxi cab driver pointed to the outside stand. We walked over and were surprised but we were tired and people were ordering like crazy. We ate Shrimp and Chicken Taco's and Pork Carnita's. So Good and... More

This off the road place is a little hidden treasure, on the outside it appears as just another taco place, but just a few steps downstairs you discover how wonderful the food, the drinks, to top it off great prices and supurb service. A must place to visit when in Cancun.

We got a recommendation from our hotel for this restaurant, plus a coupon for free drink. The restaurant is right on the water with dirt floor, but decorative surroundings. We ordered the stuffed fish fillet and octopus chili. Very unusual and tasty selection. The prices were moderate compared to hotel and more elegant places, but more quaint. Something we were...
