The guacamole was amazing! I had the local chicken special which was very good, and came with a quesadilla on the side. The quesadilla was absolutely delicious (an unexpected surprise), I would order it next time. The only downside was the margarita, it was just...More

The cruise is great The restaurant was very good food and they make a great Margarita. The town itself is can get a bit irritating with everyone trying to drag you into there business.

We are returning on another cruise this March. We will be sure to visit Panchos. Margaritas were huge and very tasty. The musicians even let our music major son play on their instrument. That made our visit at Panchos that more memorable. See you soon.

If you want Mexican food with an unusual flare , this is the place for you. Charming surroundings, personable servers, large drinks and delicious food. When it comes to seafood I am hard to please but, totally enjoyed my tuna.

We all have our own preferences for how and where we travel. While your suggestion to stay for a week or two in a destination and experience a different perspective is valid, we would not stay in Cozumel - there are much... More

Everything here is made from scratch. Custom requests are welcome. Explain what you need and be very clear if there is an allergy issue. Ask for a manager if you are concerned. They take all customers needs seriously.

Extraordinary Mexican food and awesome Margaritas are served graciously at the lush patio of one of Cozumel's most beautiful colonial buildings, amidst splashing fountains and tasteful decor. When you visit Pancho's Backyard don't forget to bring your camera! Live Marimba music during lunch.
