Ate here 3 times during our week stay, only open in the evening. The best Al pastor tacos I have had on the island. This is what a taco should taste like, just go, you will not be disappointed! And it's super cheap for some great food !!

This is a must-go place if you like tacos al pastor. It is a ways inland from the malecon, just get a taxi. We went for dinner and had 5-6 tacos between us. They cost 11 pesos each – are you kidding me? No beer, just so you know. And if you can, sit a bit away from the al... More

Don't waste your time with getting anything other than the tacos el pastor!! They are amazingly flavored pork tacos. Three of us had four cokes and 11 tacos for an incredibly cheap price! We will definitely be back!!

I almost hate to review this because I'd hate to see it overrun by tourists. Still I'm a tourist and found it although when my wife and I ate there on two different occasions we were the only Gringos in the place. The staff treated the staff treated us as well. The tacos al Pastore are a type of pork... More

We stayed at the Hotel Presidente and one of the receptionists recommended we try Mister Taco. The taco al pastor was amazing! Steak and chicken were good too. Waiter was super friendly and la cuenta was very easy on the vacation wallet. Highly recommend stepping a little out of your touristy comfort zone to try.

We finally made it to Mr. Taco on our most recent visit. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Their food rivals El Pique and Los Seras. You won't be disappointed.

There's no shortage of taco shacks on the island but this place is special. There's just something about the fresh night air sitting outside by the rotating pit watching them slice the meat right into your taco.

Ok...there aren't any shortages for taco places on Cozumel. What is different at this place? Well the place was full and my wife and I were the only gringos there. The place was hopping with carry outs and dinners. Good good tacos and inexpensive. It was nice to give the wallet a rest. Highly recommend.

Try to get here before 7 PM as the crowd really builds up for seating and take out. You have try the tacos pastor with pineapple on it recommended by a friend and she was right on . They were very good plus the whole menu is very wallet friendly

Ok Lived in Cozumel for three years and learned a lot venture away from the restaurants on the Malecon, eat where the locals eat namely street tacos and Mister Taco is one of the best. You can have beef tacos, chicken tacos, pork tacos Tortas which are sandwiches, or my favorite Tacos Pastor which is pork layered upon layer until... More
