Food and service average. Nothing special. You are right next to the ferry so your view is of boats, pelicans and people getting on/off ferry.

We enjoyed Bally Hoo's in May - had dinner here 2 different nights. Service is superior compared to most places on the island. Food is outstanding - and so is the atmosphere! It is slightly more on the expensive side but it's worth it. Excellent experience!

One of the best strawberry margaritas on the island! Fantastic lobster feast for 2 was worth the wait and the price. Good atmosphere and terrific service. Best restaurant we visited on the island!

... somehow Bally-hoo manages to stay relatively calm. You can see the hordes of day trippers making their way from the ferries yet you sit out on the water, enjoy your fish tacos and don't have a worry. This is one of our favorites when we come to Isla.

On the last night of our recent trip had a lot of rain so the streets of Isla were quiet and as we wandered for somewhere to go came across Bally Hoo. We sat at the bar and so enjoyed the company of the staff. Just they alone deserve 5 stars but to add to the experience we had excellent... More

Salsas looked like boogers- But other than that, the fish tacos rocked!! No need for hot sauces or any other condiments... Fix up the salsa presentation and you win!!! Margarita and beers- Cold and wet- perrrrrrfect!!

Great atmosphere and delicious authentic food. Nice staff. Order a "big" Margerita and you'll be surprised. Big means "ultra jumbo" ;) Still only 120 pesos for that supersize.

I sought this restaurant out for a sunset dinner based on it being close to the ferry and the great reviews. I stopped by late in the afternoon after I returned the golf cart to confirm they took credit card and was told they did. We had blown through just about all our cash after a long day enjoying ourselves... More

Hidden gem behind the gas station near the ferry wharf this bar can do Jalepeno Margaritas. While the setting was not overly majestic overlooking the boat wharf, the seas are clear and the sandy outlook is beautiful. I would recommend checking it out, just don't expect the most incredible sand-in between-toes beach location.

Best fish and shrimp tacos ever...so much food. Drinks were cold and the service was good. Great place and not expensive.
