The location is quite special, and the food is tasty, however the food was super slow...and the server got a couple of the orders wrong...

My husband and I enjoyed our delicious meal at this fine dining restaurant on the Paseo de Montejo. We were greeted at the door with a smile and our waiter was friendly and attentive. The meal presentation was beautiful and the chocolate dessert sinful. They also offer a great selection of wines. After supper, we enjoyed live entertainment on the rooftop... More

We enjoyed an excellent meal here last night. Pear salad and the arugula were both fresh and nicely presented. We had salmon, perfectly cooked, and fettuccine with shrimp, very tasty. No wine list was presented but the waiter made suggestions and they were good ones. We arrived for dinner at 5:30, a very early hour for Merida, so our meal... More

I find it hard to believe that this restaurant has a 4.5 star rating. We had lunch there so we could determine weather or not we wanted to have dinner. It was a good thing we did, otherwise we would have wasted more money. My wife and I ordered sandwiches. Both were served on what seem to be month old... More

This restaurant is part of a hotel and normally you don't expect high class kitchen there. The wonderful remodeled old mansion gave us a invitation to enter this building and finally the restaurant, which makes us a good impression too. To our great surprise the food turned out to an excellent one.The wine card is sorted very good The service... More

I went to have dinner on a Thursday night with some friends. The restaurant is very nice and in the great Paseo Montejo. My dinner was at the roof top where they have a nice Terrace and have a live performance. This time was "Trovadores" night. The performance was very good. Very well chosen and played songs!. The dinner is... More

Very nicely done hotel on a great location. Very nice place for brunch while doing your Paseo de Montejo walk or just to have a drink on a patio.

This remodeled colonial mansion invites you to imbibe and enjoy. It's a great place to take a break and truly appreciate food with your partner. My wife an I love hanging out here and talking over one of their refreshing cocktails.

This is where we had our NYE dinner party, with live music in a very nice setting, with excellent service and very friendly staff. We want to give Karla a special shout out as she provided outstanding international service in coordinating our reservations, table, etc. Band was very good, playing jazzy, smoky bar room‎ type of ballads w two very... Thank you so much for your comments it is always heartwarming to have our efforts recognized. The holiday season is always a challenge for us since we service several thousand people during that period. New Year's Eve in particular we had 250 people in an elegant sit down 5 course dinner in addition to all of the logistics related to... More

We were a group and were served coffee. Ordered and all arrived timely with delicious sorts of eggs, etc. However, they left is pretty much on our own devices and it was hard to get any waiter's attention for further coffee or drinks. Shame but they just served and left... A waiter ahold always be aware of their tables.
