We came here with local friends. By the end of the night, our table of 8 must have sampled everything on the menu! My wife and I could not get enough. Very casual. We will be back.

Nancy, the owner, does a tremendous job. Salbutes, tamales, tacos (do not miss relleno negro!) We went 3 times during 6 days visit to Merida. It has 2 branches, run by Nancy's older sons. Very capable and friendly staff. A local friend took us there. Being mexican, one thought I have tried good Yucateco food before going to la pequeña... More

My friend who lives in Merida suggested we go dine at this place for good Yucatec food. The place is not shabby but it also does not look like a five star restaurant, however the food is amazing! I have tried yucatec food several times in my life and this is probably one of the best meals I have ever... More

Next to Aleman Park is a restaurant for locals. Great typical Yucatecan food!! Portions are big order with caution. Unless you tong is fire proof stay away from the habanero sauce.

This small restaurant serves extremely good Mexican cuisine. We had the sopa de lima and aqua chaya, which were both excellent, and cost only 150 pesos for the two of us. The service is efficient and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The only thing missing is that the restaurant does not serve wine or beer.
