The food was incredible! The presentation was very elegant. It has a very nice view of the beach and the atmosphete was full of ambiance. The fire show was very cool! Our server Daniel was very nice and helpful all the time.

Horrible experience. From the first minute, they want to take down all your info, phone, name, what country you're from, email, EVERYTHING. I felt like I entered Klaus Schwab's New World Order early. Next, I'm asked to scan QR for the menu, which I never...do having worked in tech for years. I know they can access your phone data this way. SEE A PATTERN HERE? Next, because I don't have the menu, I check my phone for the menu. Their website is marked UNSAFE, GO BACK, THIS SITE MAY BE STEALING YOUR INFO. I tried on 2 different browsers from my laptop and the same issue, "THIS SITE MAY BE STEALING YOUR INFO." Something is definitely up at this place. Now, the food. I ordered the fish taco, and what I got was a tiny sliver of fish. The 3 mini tacos with mayo, tomato and some guac cos and Mexican sparking water cost $28 USD. After I had been waiting for the waiter to show up, (he was busy moving furniture) due to possible rain coming, he took my umbrella away and then left me there. What a feeling, to know rain is coming and then your waiting who had been ignoring you, just took your beach umbrella away. I'll never come here again.More

First of all, I want to be honest about the food and atmosphere that was really good. Fresh food, nice view and a wonderful location. My friend and I were served by an employee named Alonso. With all due respect to Alonso, he was an...ordinary employee just doing his job, which was fine with us. We had no expectations for Alonso. He performed no extraordinary service that merited a 'high' tip. We are told that before we could use the sunbeds, we had to spend at least 500 Mexican pesos per person which is fair. We spent 2,500 Mexican pesos and 100 Mexican pesos for Alonso, and when we had to pay the bill and move down to our sunbeds, Alonso got frustrated and started arguing with us, saying among other things that we have to pay at least 20% of the total amount in tip which was some sort of 'tax' which is a lie. He started to raise his voice and claim that if we didn't pay 20% then he would have to pay for them himself, which is another lie. Before the trip we checked how much you give in 'tips' and the rules to not be disrespectful with 'low tips'. We didn't either not experienced earlier on our holiday regarding the amount of tips. As previously mentioned, there was no extraordinary service, which is also connected to the fact that he does not get more than 100 Mexican pesos in tips, after which he turns his back and goes to his colleagues, who are standing in a gathered group and tells them about the situation, where they then look down at us and start laughing. Really condescending service and attitude they all got on. We chose to bite the sour apple and sit in the sunbeds, where we continued to spend money on drinks on a completely new bill than from the restaurant. After our first drink, they just took the glasses without asking if we were missing anything or even ask if the drinks was fine, no smiles on their faces and only strange looks. I've never experienced anything like this. I would rather have regular/semi-good food and a good service/experience to have great food and a terrible and disrespectful service like this.More
