This bar is my local, it wasn´t on purpose, just ended up suggesting this place everytime we go out. It is a locals hangout place because most people don´t know of it. Amazing Martin´s and Mezcal Cocktails (mezcal cucumber is my favourite). Super tasty food (salmon buñuelos are to de for) they also have nice wines by the glass. Only... More

Tapas are a perfect meal option. The first tapas place I had seen while walking around was closed for whatever reason. After walking around, we happened upon this fun spot. Upon server encouragement, I ordered the carpaccio (sp?) pulpo, which is octopus that comes with super soft pita and a spiced mayo. Wow! What flavor! The carpaccio looks like an... More

Very nice little place. Really cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The new waitress is very friendly and attentive. Great service. The music is usually not too loud so you can really enjoy your cocktail and conversation. The tapas are good, and sangria of course! Sunday sangria promotiom highly recommended

We stopped in for a quick drink on a Monday night. Our server Alejandra was super friendly and gave us some pointers on some other nice places to check out on our trip. The night we were there they had 2 for 1 sangria. Definitely worth checking out for a drink.

One of our favorite spots to go to enjoy some live music before calling it a night or having some amazing tapas food with a little Latin flare. It's such a cute spot that seems to be a local hang out. Love the fact it's a dog friendly spot! Agree with a few reviews that the service might be a... More

Before dinner, when you have been strolling down 5th avenue in downtown Playa...and you just want a lovely glass of wine and a snack look no further than Sala Rosa... a gem tucked away in Playa. Our service was great and the Tapas (snacks) were just perfect.

Turn right off 5th Ave onto 38th street and this tiny pink- lit place is 2 doors on the right, opens at 7pm. Indoor and outdoor seating. Owner operated (think they are from Canada) and very friendly small staff, local feel. Drinks were good as were prices. They did not have tapas the night we were there but said they... More

This is an excellent place to hang out, more for the locals than tourists which is great since I am a local and do not fancy being surrounded by loud tourists. Beers are cold and a bargain if chosen from the barrel. The menu is quite small which is great and the food is delicious and cooked with fresh ingredients.... More

Honestly in the last 5 months I have been back to this place about 8-10 times, sometimes with friends, others just my husband and myself. The food here is sooooo good, but the service...they are polite and attentive but horrendously slow. The first time we went it took over 1hr and 15mins for our main course, second time about 45mins.... More
