My name is Barbara Alvarez and I am the Guest Relations Manager for Plank Restaurant. I read, respond and follow-up all comments and questions to insure we are doing our best at creating excellent experiences for our guests.
We thank you deeply for reaching out to us and would also, like to extend our sincerest apologies regarding this situation which affected your past experience with us.
I've spoken directly to Management and they've informed me that the price increase was to be in place on Saturday not Sunday. We truly regret that this situation ever happened and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.
