We popped in here for a take-away on a friends recommendation, what great advice! The service was great, had a beer whilst waiting for our food to be preped. This place concentrates on great tasting food, it's delicious and staff are friendly and helpful. Great value too - Go there!

Don't be shy or turned off by the outside appearance or lack of customers at this little gem. Most restaurants on the Tulum blvd are not fancy or flashy. We had already eaten at a few " high end" places in Tulum and we're not very impressed. El Galeon De Guerro has the best home cooked food in Tulum. We... More

We have eaten at many restaurants in Tulum from the fancy to the not-so, and I must say that this place is just plain GOOD. Simple, delicious food with excellent accompanying spices and really kind service. The prices are incredible and the food fresh. Doesn't have the kind of hip appeal as other places use to draw in customers but... More

Great seafood restaurant at the end of the Tulum strip. Head here to avoid the masses. Can highly recommend the stuffed avocado, garlic filete and the ceviche. Cheap.

Don't overlook this place just because there aren't a lot of people eating here. We were looking for fresh whole fish for dinner and this was one of the places that offered whole fish. There were 2 couples in are party. We had soup, ceviche, fish tacos and 2 whole fish, and several beers and the total bill was only... More

We walked up and down the main drag looking for seafood and were disappointed to find so many Americanized restaurant options, and just about when were ready to give up, we found this place and boy were we happy we did. We ordered ceviche, the seafood stuffed avocado, pozole, snapper "a la plancha" (grilled), but we also received a seafood... More

The waiter Mario was friendly but not over the top. Just the right amount of service without being pushy. The 3 Salsas were fantastic, chipotle was amazing. Constant fresh chips. We had the seafood mortar and it was very good. Unfortunately my mom is turned off by octopus and had to pick through it. I loved the octopus, perfect texture.... More

Some of the better food I had in Tulum. There are many restaurants but most are just average. This was a nice place for seafood. The staff was very nice and spoke some English. I would go back.
