My husband had the roasted pork in tomato sauce and he ate it all! My sea bass in pumpkin seed sauce was the star of the meal Beautiful garden setting. A meal not to be missed

This beautiful spot is the perfect place to linger over a delicious and special meal...I often come here alone (well, with my dog) but its a great place for a small group too. I once had a 4 hour lunch here with three friends!! The menu is extensive and not the usual Mexican food either. Yucatan cuisine that is interesting... More

Went for lunch. Owner or manager not sure which was very unfriendly. Seated us in a corner behind the bushes. We never got service at all. After we noticed some tables leaving asked to be seated more close to the front. He seemed to be putting reserved signs on tables randomly. We got a small table and ordered. Service was... More

Came and ate with two children. Outside patio was nice and cool. We were early - service was great and food was even better. Our cooking school instructor recommended this as a great traditional place and she was right on. Loved everything we tried although I have no idea what most was LOL!

Their garden is so lovely but the night we were there the food was less than memorable. Tough meat with boring sauces and their prices are quite high considering the quality. There are so many other choices for good and reasonable meals all over town, we will not be returning here. The lime soup was strange, actually seemed to be... More

Service was great. Setting is beautiful. My eggs, the sauce, ham, ale butter, fresh squeezed OJ and avacado were all great. Yummmmmmy.

Great location - 10 minutes to El Jardin; great local, good food and super staff - very friendly, most seem to speak fairly good English. Interior courtyard with well-spaced tables. Clientele is both Mexican and tourist. If you like Yorkies or small dogs there are a pair here to steal your heart.

The original and traditional Lima Soup is made from Lima and Turkey, is not the case at this restaurant where they made it from lime and chicken. It tastes more like a Tortilla Chicken soup. The rest of the food is barely yucatecan style, they are not the real recipes. Atmosphere is really nice. Price is not worthy And be... More

My husband and I had dinner here with friends a few weeks ago. After reading the reviews, we both decided that we were going to order the house special that everyone was raving about - some sort of pork dish. We ended up so disappointed. It was dry and tasteless, as were the refried beans on our plates. The only... More

We have been customers here since our first trip to San Miguel and I heartily recommend La Casa del Diezmo as a superior dining experience. For starters, the place is gorgeous, located in the courtyard of a Spanish-style building that once housed the area's counting house (hence the name). The landscape is lush with flowers and greenery making it an... More
