I’ve traveled to San Miguel for years and now live here. Their molcajete is one of the best meals in town. Lively atmosphere and good service. A quintessential San Miguel spot.

Large, exciting dining establishment. Eclectic decor. Live musicians. Local fare is delicious and served in large portions. Could easily share a molcajete (I couldn't finish one on my own). You can beat the long lines to get in by dining at the bar.

I realize that casual, relaxed dining is the hallmark of SMA - but once I've finished my meal and asked for the bill I would expect it to arrive 5-10 minutes later. When I have to get up (after 15-20 min) and track down my...More
