We visited here in February 2017 for breakfast and a few times for Lao coffee and also just to watch the chaos. Harps is the owner and is more than willing to help with honest info about anything. They play movies at night and have a selection of deserts. Quirky and fun, would recommend!

Delilah place is a charming reminder of those almost gone-by days of "real" backpackers cafe. The food (western) is good, the coffee strong, and the ambience lovely.

We ate breakfast here 3 times while in Nong Khiaw. Great food, but be patient. It isn't fast. We always met interesting people to talk to while waiting. We also enjoyed talking to the owner, full of opinions, while being mellow at the same time!

I visited Nong Khiaw for 3 days and each morning I was having breakfat here. All the menu is just perfect and amazingly delicious! Like at home :) And they can accomodate your needs easily (eg milk in al dishes can be changed with vegan milk and etc). A bit slow in service, but you are not in a rush... More

We went to this place by recommendation from friends. We're with 5 and luckily we all got a bed. The owner was a bit strange and another guy that walked in was also a bit odd. The rooms were fine, it's clean, comfortable beds, shower wasn't working properly and you have to take your shoes off inside but even the... More

This place was hilarious. Maybe we caught things on an off-day, but our experience here doesn't chime with the other reviews at all. On arrival, the guy who runs things came through the door looking incredibly flustered. He said that they didn't have a full staff that day, so he was very stressed. The breakfast orders were all mixed up... More

It's nice to find a place like this in such a remote setting. It's run by a New Zealander, and he obviously puts his heart into it. I really enjoyed the home made yogurt, fruit salad and granola for breakfast, and the coffee was really good too. Yes the prices are a bit higher here, but I think in keeping... More

Not exactly cheap (20 Kip porridge, 35 Kip Omelette, 30 Kip packed lunches) but decent food. Nicely prepared and presented. Lovely host and nice touch with the water fountain for refilling your water bottles. Only went for breakfast but evening menu looks good, plus they show films in the evening in a nice setting. Packed lunch for the boat was... More

We had a nice breakfast with good coffee, tasty banana pancake and fruit with yoghurt and muesli. Everything was fine but the price quite high. We also asked for 2 take away sandwiches to eat on the boat and they were ok.

Loved coming here for desserts and chilled movie nights! Came here for two nights in a row and as we were the only ones got to choose the movie ourselves. Werent a fan of the chocolate cake but The THE PIES WERE AMAZING so was the ice cream. Owner often seemed stressed and rushed but still gave us good tips... More
