There’s an extensive range of crepes, cookie dough, brownies and ice cream. There’s also options to eat in or take away. It was quite busy while we were there but our order was out in about 15 mins. Highly recommend the cookie dough and candy floss ice cream!

Went here for treat and food was excellent great value for money and nice comfy seating but the service was shocking we ordered both items at same time my partner had finished hers and I went up asking where mines was and got told there's a sign up over there read it and I was shocked to read items may not be served at same time but over 20 mins between each a bit much but we were only ones in at the time of ordering but then there was about four other tables and 3 got there before have a look at your serving policy please before all the good work goes for nothing ps Not even a sorry or asked if we enjoyed Bad service

The food is okay once it arrives and if it’s in stock. Unfortunately this is our fifth time ordering from here, and like the previous five times, we have been called an hour after we’ve paid for our items to be informed they’re not in stock and asking us to pick something else . Then another 50 minute wait for delivery . We’ve come to accept this. If you haven’t ordered before, lower your expectations and you won’t be disapppointed.

Absolutely shocking ! Waited nearly 2 hours on delivery & when asked for money back was told no by the (manager) who admitted my order had been in the car 35 minutes (ice cream)

They employ people who can’t understand basic English, my daughter couldn’t understand him nor him her so although she asked for 2 x buenos waffles, she left with 2 x banoffee!!!! Would not exchange even after being told they would as it was in the receipt!
Shocking business management when they employ staff who can’t understand English but blame that on a child!!!!!

The kids absolutely love a trip here, the ice creams and desserts are 👌🤤
I can't believe someone gave a 1 star review for kids running around... in a sweet shop 😂

Everything was great! Part of our order was forgotten via delivery but they had realised before we even did and got it delivered 10 mins later. Great service, definitely recommend, the waffles and milkshakes were amazing!

Fantastic shop. What a selection. A full wall of pick n mix. American sweets. Slushies. Waffles. Ice cream. And cake to die for.
Sit in or takeaway.
Staff very friendly.
Can get expensive if you don't watch what you are picking.
Best shop in Whitburn.

Order placed online at 9pm. From past experience I know that delivery can take an age (this should have been enough to make me avoid ordering from here) and I thought that giving them an hour to sort a crepe and a cookie dough would have been plenty time. It’s now 22:50 and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m thinking that instead of dessert I may actually receive it just in time for breakfast....
*UPDATE 1*
It’s now 23:05 and I still have no dessert. I’m pretty sure I could have bought a hen and a cow, had the hen lay an egg, milked the cow and subsequently made the desserts in the time I’ve been waiting....
**UPDATE 2**
It’s 23:20 and it has finally arrived. Guess I’ll cancel order for the hen and cow now...
Dessert loving Tripadviserpeople, avoid this place at all costs unless you are going to go into the store. The god awful delivery service sucks any pleasure out of the dessert experience.

After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for the order to arrive it finally showed up. The warm cookie dough was cold, the warm crepe was cold, and the warm toppings had cooled so much that they’d solidified. This was a double kick in the teeth as the order had clearly been on its side in transport which meant that everything had clumped over about 25% of the crepe and cookie dough. All in all, very poor given the cost.

Most Fave place ever to get dessert!
Crepes, Waffles, Slushies are BANG ON AMAZING!!, AND There are sooooo many different Unique Ice Cream Flavours to Choose from, Which are 10/10 The BEST! HIGHLY recommend Going there!!

I have been to many dessert places and this one is by far my favourite. The desserts taste amazing, me and my family each got something different crepe, waffle, cookie dough and sundae to share and I loved them all. I will totally be a regular no doubt.
