Ordered on the app, delivered within 20 minutes, arrived very hot. Ordered an 18 inch margarita which would be plenty for 3 people. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely order again. Tasted so fresh, with a lovely base.

The food here is pretty good. Not quite proper sour dough authentic crispy Tuscan Pizza. But really quite good. Worth a try

After waiting over 90 minutes we called and asked about our order and the woman was abrupt and said our order had been dispatched. The order was received after 2 hours and was wrong... We called and spoke to a woman who after discussion agreed the Manager would call back. The Manager called back within 5 mins and was very abrupt and matter of fact and though admitted they had sent the wrong order was dismissive of the issue. Poor customer service and unlike the Managers
response to Daren W we did order regularly but won't be doing again and most definately won't recommend

They specified 1 hour delivery, it took two hours after multiple phone calls.
The woman on the phone e had a really bad attitude and was not looking to be helpful at all.
They have loads of reviews saying almost the same stuff, typical stuck In their ways
Rude business who always know best.

3 reviews aren't loads, on the other side, we have loads of 5 stars reviews.
You have tried us just ones, isn't too little to pretend to raise as a judge? Do you know best?

Ps we have tried couple of months to be on Scoffable and the amount of order has become so huge that we have decided due to this few bad reviews to cancel it and go back to our standard.
Won't be any 2 hours wait, as it always has been. Shame you tried us in this short messy period.
Plenty of fast food to look around, just take it easy!

No social distancing, staff not wearing masks in close proximity, no screens and at one point six in a shop with capacity of two. Disgrace to the Whitburn community.
Used to be much better. Will not be back as they have lost me as a customer. Recommend to give it miss and trying Pizza Bar attached to Tony's round the corner.
Management should hand their heads in shame.

Our drivers are exempt from masks and fully vaccinated. Customer service wear masks when serving customers. Our collection point is at the door, customers aren't allowed inside the shop.
Such heavy judgments are the true disgrace of social media, and the real shame of this century.
Luckily we are very busy, often have to refuse order, so thank you Storyteller for letting us know you won't be back since we may not even notice it.

Clueless business
Lost my order and didn’t deliver until I chased it up an hour late
Said they had no trace of an Order despite two email confirmations

Thank you Mark, it's been one of the most busy nights ever, and yes unfortunately your order wasn't printed so it went missing. When you called to chase the order, the lady couldn't find your as you were unable to tell on which platform you ordered. Once you managed to explain this, we quickly found your order, did apologise for the inconvenience and sent you a bigger pizza, a free drink in the next 15 minutes.
We successfully served 200+ customers that night. So I must say that your comments are exaggerated and doesn't reflect our business at all.
As you can see on Facebook and Google, where people review us, we do have excellent customer service.

I have had various pizzas from taste and they ere all excellent. Taste make one of the best pizzas I have had including ones I've had in USA and Italy.

Give spicy Cajun pasta with cream (not tomato) it's excellent! Kids love the pizzas. I couldn't complain about anything! Everything is top class!

Great quality freshly made pizza and the wood fired oven really enhances the taste.
Best in town
After the family returned from the airport it was closing time for the shop but it was no problem to get that last order in after hours

Been ordering from taste for around six months now. Without doubt the finest pizza to be found locally. Tasty toppings, thin crust, good value for money and friendly, efficient delivery service if you specify a delivery time they honour it. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else,wish they were open 7 days!!!
