Hard to find, but this fabulous little courtyard is worth the effort. Specializing is spicy stews, incredible tortillas, eggs a tu gusto, tasty fruit plates, and strong coffee -- this is a great place to begin you day in Morelia. Bring your Spanish along.
GREAT GREAT food, if you wnt to try most typical lcal food, this s the place to go. Nice and good balance in pricevs quality.

I highly recommend huchepos (local tamales made with fresh corn), cecina (similar to beef jerky), chorizo, queso fundido and jocoque. If you are lucky a tierracalentegno group will be playing folk music. Very clean and healthy food within a very nice colonial house.
