We had the soup and sandwich special. Homemade all the way and toasted on a panini maker. Service with speed and a smile and even a joke. The coffee is by far the best in the kootenays.

Good coffee, great snacks. All in a warm and inviting place for a stop along the way. I noticed this trip they have fresh bread for sale as well. Next time I must get a loaf!

What a little gem this restaurant turned out to be. Excellent food choices for lunch (some Gluten Free options). Very good coffee and specialty coffee at reasonable prices. Friendly, caring service.

I loved going to this super adorable coffee shop. The baking all looked amazing! I had a ham and cheese turnover, muffin and mocha with a apple pecan coffee cake to go. Everything was incredible! The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience that much better.

Excellent coffees, yummy breakfasts and lunches, snacks from its own bakery, superb service in a great old building, and Egg Salad Sandwiches to die for. Even if you don't need to stop, you should.

We stopped by for coffee when we were passing through. We loved the quaintness of the cafe. The service was good and we enjoyed the huge muffins and scones. Relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely historic building in the middle of town with good coffee. Don't forget to check out the display of vintage toasters in the vacant building next door.

My wife and I stopped for a cappuccino and a light lunch at this quaint little café. Unfortunately my wife could not even drink the cappuccino and was too polite to take it back. I ordered a Reuben Panini and was surprised to find so much sauerkraut (obviously not well drained) but must say it was still very good Panini.... More

I'm sorry your stop at our little place was disappointing. You don't say what was wrong with the cappuccino. We make our drinks in the traditional Italian style, a cappuccino being equal amounts of espresso, steamed milk and foam. Quite a few coffee shops make them more like a latte, more milk. We, at the Copper Eagle, have no problem... More
