The Elk was good. The Bison was terrible. Tough like shoe leather. Server was very good. Would give them another try.

Restaurant is in the Banff Centre campus. Food was really fabulous, and our waiter gave great suggestions. Great views during the daytime.

Yes, they cater for coeliac and dairy and Vegan requirements, even going as far as to modify dishes to comply. Excellent in this regard also.
