This place was recommended by a park ranger. We had an excellent very fairly priced lunch (soup and sandwich and cookies) and went back twice for coffee and breakfast pastries. A little off the beaten path but it's really a find! Free wifi.

Had breakfast / brunch here twice while we were in Banff. Food very good indeed with lovely granola / compote / yoghurt combo and very tasty toasted sandwich. Lots of locals in which is good and very busy. I agree about another reviewer's comments about...More

After hiking around all morning, the Wild Flour cafe provided tasty treats for lunch. The focaccia was outstanding! We were able to sit in the courtyard, which was a shady and relaxed respite from the busy Banff streets.

This is a small space with limited seating that is very popular with the locals. My partner had a bowl of fruit crumble with milk accompanied by a ginger green tea which she found to be very good. I had toast and a coffee. The...More

When you come from a big city in Australia, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to coffees and baked goods. Downside is, when traveling, you can be left disappointed when looking for a great place to get a brew. If you are in...More

We ordered the panini egg sandwich with bacon and the granola with yogurt and fruit. The granola dish was very good but the panini was just ok. The bacon had good flavor but overall it's pretty plain (we added some Thai chili sauce). We also...More

As an Aussie, we do tend to think we make the best coffee in the world. Whether you agree or not, Aussie coffee is way better than the majority (but not all) of the coffee we have drunk in Canada. So to find this place...More

My husband and I came here every morning on our vacation - so good! Love all the gluten free/less gluten options. Kombucha is available here too! Would definitely recommend!

Each day we were there they had a limited selection of sandwiches on their fabulous bread. They appeared to have a choice of three. They always had a vegetarian offering too.

They do offer gluten free alternatives to most meals. You can check in with them on line or at the counter. They are very friendly folk who will make sure that you get what you cn eat!
