Delivery to Hotel

Delivery was in the time specified One pizza was wrong but they were quick to bring the correct one. I am used to thicker pizzas in Regina so it’s tough everywhere to review. I would rate the pizza itself around 3.5 maybe 4 in the right day. ( out of 5). Delivery was prompt and courteous

Great Pizza and Great Service

First time ever ordering pizza in Banff and decided to check out Carlito's Pizzaria as it was just a block away from the hotel we were staying at. I contacted them first by email (before they were even open) to see if my partner could order a pizza without sauce. I received a response very quickly indicating that they could accommodate us. After we ordered, pizzas were ready in 15 minutes and they were positively delicious! I highly recommend that the next time you're in Banff and craving a pizza, check out Carlito's.

Food was great and very hot but the service was not attentive. Although there were only 2 other tables when we were there, it took a really long time to get drinks. Also overheard a server openly complaining to another server about a prior customer which really turned me off.

Pizza delivered more than 1 hour late after I cancelled the order

I ordered pizza online to be delivered at 5:45-6 pm window and got a confirmation message. I called them at 6:05 pm to check where is our order and was told that it was coming very soon. At 6:30 pm it was still not here. After I called them back again, I was told that they were very busy and our order was still waiting at the kitchen to be delivered. My kids were very hungry at this point and need to eat something very soon so I canceled the order. We left to eat at some other place but were told that delivery came at our place at 7:05 pm. Terrible service, will never use them again.

Okay pizza, poor service, do not recommend

I Called to see if Carlitos would deliver to our location and they said that they would, upon calling back to place order they said that they would not deliver and the man that answered the phone was very rude. When we placed order for pickup they told us that it would take 30 minutes, but also told us that it would take 45 minutes. Rather confusing. The pizza was nothing special. I would recommend looking for an alternative to Carlitos.

Never get everything you order!!

I’m a massive fan of Carlitos but every single time I order from them they seem to miss something. Most times it’s sauces and gravies. Then when you call back you always get a short answer like oh ok we will send some out. By then your food is cold and not enjoyable.

Superb pizza

We dropped into the restaurant for an early supper and we’re impressed by the attentive service. We enjoyed vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce, followed by a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Everything tasted very fresh. The pizzas were superb, topped with generous amounts of toppings on a soft and delicious base. Highly recommended.

Not worth it

Came because it is in the hotel where we are staying - so convenient. Spaghetti was a good size but underwhelming wonder bread for the “garlic bread”. Pretty basic. Not worth the $18. The veggie salad with chicken was tasty, but the small was almost appetizer-sized and $18. Good deal for Big Rock 33oz of beer ($15)

Good food, reasonably priced, on-time delivery of food

We were staying in downtown Banff, and were tuckered out after some serious snowshoeing, and wanted to stay in. We found this restaurant on Tripadivsor, and everything looked cool, and we decided to go with them. The fellow who answered the phone was pleasant and got our order correct, and didn't try to upsell. The food came to our door exactly when advised and the delivery fellow was friendly and upbeat. The pizza was very good, nice and warm. Not the fanciest pizza we ever had, but still quite fine - perfect crisp crust and good toppings. We ordered a slice of chocolate cake, and man, was it spectacular! Haven't had such a good cake in a long time, moist, chocolaty, and not overly sweet, and it really made the meal.

10/10, fast, affordable and DELICIOUS!!! They deliver!

We ordered here on our last night in Banff and I wish we would have eaten here both nights! we got a couple different poutines.. amazing.. TNT burger, deadly! Im also from the east coast and saw that they had Donairs and garlic fingers with sweet sauce so we had to try them, they did not disappoint! Delivery was also very fast! 10/10 would recommend!!

Good pizza and value!

We looked for a reasonably priced restaurant close to our hotel, with pizza and other options. Carlito's had good reviews, and so we tried it. It has a very casual atmosphere and good, attentive service. The pizza was very good, as was the Greek salad. My son had a burger with two patties that came with plentiful fresh cut fries. The beer prices were quite reasonable, too.

Not at all impressed

We were on a Vacations by Rail tour so had breakfast here in this restaurant in our hotel between 8 and 8:45. There was not a lot of selection and the eggs and such in warmers were nowhere near hot (cold scrambled eggs?). Not enough chairs for all of us to be eating at once so we hurried up to finish and went back up to our room to get out of the way.

Sit in is even better than delivery

Great pizza at reasonable prices, with amazing service. The taste of the pizza alone is enough to get me to come back, but the service was even better. The pizza was thin crust with cheese that stretches as you pull each slice out. Special Burger & Fish & Chips was awesome too!!!

A small and perfect restaurant, a bit italian, a bit asian kitchen, some other food available also. Everything we ate was perfect, a friendly waiter was there for us. The only thing annoying are two large TV screens, running permanentely, luckily without a sound.

Amazing pizza!!!

Amazing pizza! Husband had Matts Pizza which he loved and I had a vegetarian one. All ingredients tasted so fresh! Poutine was delicious as were the cajun mango fries. Actually got it delivered to the hotel we were staying at - I just added specifics in the comments and they found it okay! And arrived quicker than expected. Excellent service all around.
