Went for lunch on a Friday. Server was friendly but the food took a while to arrive even though it wasn’t even that busy. Food was “ok”. Nothing special for the price. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Good choice of breakfast items and tasty food. Service was good with plenty of coffee on tap. We’d definitely go back.

Fantastic breakfast, had the crab and asparagus omelet and it was wonderful. Our waiter, Kelly, was great and had good suggestions for activities for us. Sat at a table by the window and enjoyed the view and people watching. Great place to warm up, have...a great meal, and plan our day.More

We had breakfast here - the place is huge with so much seating, and our table had a wonderful view of the mountains! Service and food were both very good. Would recommend!

Great little place,warm,welcoming and great servers but the place fell down for me when I had ordered the Mac and cheese and it arrived on a skillet pan that was roasting and had already dried out the pasta on the bottom,there was excessive breadcrumbs on...the top and absolutely no taste of any cheese?wtf!!please guys if you can’t make make a basic Mac and cheese please take it off the menu,I have traveled far and wide and that’s the worst attempt I have ever tasted.I had the chips and gravy(which was delicious)to save me from leaving hungry.nice place but don’t think we will return.More

We visited this restaurant for lunch and were delighted by the perfect and delicious Alberta Beef Ribeye. The setting offered a great view of Banff town, enhancing the overall experience. However, we were quite annoyed by the persistent presence of flies around our table. Despite...this inconvenience, the lunch itself was excellent.More

I can’t say enough about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious. My husband and I ate here twice. Both times are meals were fantastic! Service was fast and friendly.

Raw chicken !! Someone could get very sick..if you love your children don’t eat here I spoke with server she was very nice but was told this is how they operate the cooks enjoy giving people trichinosis

We visited this restaurant because the place we wanted to go had a very long wait to get a table for the evening meal. Melissa’s was able to give us a table in less than 25 minutes. Thank you! We happened to be there on...an evening some group was celebrating. The party in the loft above our table was very noisy. Albeit they were having a great time! The other side of the room was a bar, stage and dance floor. We were not there at a usual supper hour. I believe it was around 8pm. It wasn’t long before the parties were happening all around us. So all in all, the service was good and food was good. Honestly, it’s difficult to impress me with food/drinks in Banff as my experience has been acceptable but overpriced food/drinks. Would I recommend this place? Sure, why not.More
