Had dinner on the patio one evening and minus the mosquitoes the food was delicious and waitresses all very pleasant and helpful. Would surely go back the next time we are in Banff.

After a long drive from Jasper, and visiting the various spots on the way down to Banff, we checked into the Bufallo Mountain Lodge and needed food! We therefore went to Cilantro, part of the lodge complex, for quick food. Great service, good food. OK value for money.

We stayed in a lodge on the same site, so ate here twice. A limited menu, but beautifully cooked for both meals. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially as my friend has a food allergy and they were able to point her to the meals that she could have. Dessert was lovely too!

Meals at a good value are hard to find in places like Banff. We were staying nearby and lucky enough to try it out. Definitely worth coming up Tunnel Mountain Rd to go to Cilantro. Not overly busy, quiet cafe. Prices very reasonable, and the quality was excellent. Flank steak was excellent, duck confit pasta was superb. And they did... More

We had an excellent meal in the lobby lounge. We had the longe and main restaurant menus to choose from. The service was attentive but not aggressive, the drinks and food were excellent, as were the desserts. We also had a sit by the fireplace after dinner to chat and relax. Not crowded, but should have been.

I read some of the reviews and was surprised that not everyone had a great experience here. It's cosy, quaint and they serve some very inventive stone fired pizza - which is what we go there for. It's not open all year round so it wasn't open on our last winter trip but we always look forward to our evening... More

Located in a small resort area between Banff and Lake Louise, this neat little place offers a limited menu and a great place for a light meal if you don't want to eat at the main lodge.

Did not even serve us even though there was enough seating INSIDE the restaurant on the grounds that OUTSIDE seating was closed. I would give it a 0.

I love their wood stove pizza as they have such great flavour. Always order to much and have to take dog bag home. Sadly it's omly open for about three months and one in Calgary just doesn;t have the same feel.

Friendly staff. Ideal location for us as we were staying at the lodge. The sausage pasta was excellent according to my son and husband. My daughter and I were not impressed with the pizzas...the base was very close to being undercooked!

Thank Nellymo
