We read good reviews so we when and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. The PIZZA SUCKED. The manager Kyle was at the front, he was rude to my wife. We were hungry so we ordered a grilled vegetarian and a chicken pizza. Told us it will...be an hour. We came five minutes before the hour and I was watching him and he went to the kitchen and the staff did not have the pizza ready. It was obvious he forgot to place the order so he ordered it and rushed it before it was free and it tasted horrible. They forgot to add salt. It SUCKED. The manager’s name is Kyle. DON’T EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!More

The flatbread did not seem to be wood oven baked as no char and crust was similar to frozen pizza. Beer helped make it all better. Very pricey for what you get.

We had the lunch special that day and it was delicious. Pizza and salad perfection. And since it was perfect weather, we sat outside and enjoyed the view of the Rockies.

I try to not eat this Mac and cheese every week for lunch. But it’s too good! Superb cheesy, creamy, and lots of bacon on top. Easy to go pick up to bring to work for lunch. Can’t wait to have it again next week!

After hearing rave reviews about Rocky Mountain Flatbread, I was very underwhelmed. The bbq chicken pizza was very very bland, huge chunks of uncooked vegetables and the sauce had no flavor. Pasta was cold, only a few pieces of maple bacon for $3 extra was...disappointing. Not sure if this is just not the best location to visit but definitely disappointed.More

We are sorry to hear your impression of our food was not what you were expecting. The BBQ Chicken is our most popular pizza and has an award winning BBQ sauce on top of the free-range, grain fed skinless diced chicken breast with fresh sliced...More

We planned meals for our trip and this was supposed to be our dinner after a long day of skiing. Showed up, place was closed with no explanation even though the website and TripAdvisor said they would be open. (A sign said “open at 11...unless staff is a no show” so maybe? We expected a restaurant but it’s a mall food court booth. Chose the place next door instead.More

I had the opportunity to eat at the Rocky Mountain Flatbread company 2 times during my visit to Banff. I would highly recommend this eatery due to its great food, atmosphere and friendly staff.

Visiting Banff and my daughter was craving mac&cheese. Based on reviews, tried to call 4 times to order in advance. No answer. It was 5pm. Decided to go there at 6pm. They were closed. Guy in the kitchen said they close when ever they want...and don’t have fixed hours. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Don’t bother with this place! On the flip side, went to St James Gate Irish Pub and got some amazing Mac & CheeseMore

Flatbread tastes like nothing. Not that much choices. True away the pizza got somethig else in the foodcourt. No kids meals just to sizes of pizza
