Dinner is a much better option than breakfast which was part of our package at the Fox Hotel. I don't know if it was staff shortage but the food was very slow to be replenished (slower than is normal) and wait time for replenished plates,...etc. I had dinner twice. Once was take out tacos. The meal was tasty and plentiful. Another evening our 14 ladies ate in the restaurant and everyone enjoyed their dinner. Again, recommend for for a filling and moderately priced lunch or dinner.More

This is not your ordinary Chilis! The design is upscale for a international chain and the menu provides some excellent options. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Wait time is dependent on customer volume but the waiting area is very nice so it’s still...worth the wait! They move customers through quick!More

We stayed in The Fox Hotel and so had the included continental breakfast at Chili's in the morning each day. We were pretty happy with it. You not only have the regular yogurt, fruit, toast, and hard boiled eggs you get at other places for...the included breakfast, but also waffles. We ate lunch here today before checking out as well and were very pleased with it. They have quite the extensive menu. My husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, with Onion Rings. The rings were some of the best we have had in awhile and he enjoyed the sandwich. I had the Margarita shrimp Tex Mex Bowl and it was the perfect size to fill me up. Very flavorful, with lots of black beans, rice, corn, salsa, and salad greens. It had little tortilla strips on top and quite a bit of shrimp too! I love when they don't skimp on the shrimp! Our server was a really nice woman who chatted to us about our plans for the rest of the day and she checked on us frequently throughout the meal. The restaurant has a couple different floors and areas which provide some nice privacy. It wasn't very busy when we ate and we felt like no one was around us. It was a nice atmosphere, with the music really low as well, so you can talk and enjoy your meal.More

We got the chicken wings and a burger. The wings were overcooked, with no marinade and very bland. The burger patty was made from decent meat, but it was extremely overcooked and hard. Otherwise the burger was alright.

Having visited Chili's many times in the Middle East we were familiar with the menu. Food was exactly what we expected, good portions at a reasonable price. We chose to eat outside which was nice but it did mean our server forgot us a little...but we were in no hurry so not aproblemMore

Great atmosphere and quick service. Quickly shown to our table and water appeared straight away and was regularly filled. The menu was reasonably priced and staff were friendly. I chose the Big Burger but it was a little too much for me although excellent.

Visited for continental breakfast (approx. $12, less if guest of the Fox Hotel). Good coffee, very basic options of toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, some pastries but good for a lighter breakfast. Visited once for dinner...Tex Mex style. Excellent (and spicy) fajitas. We went during happy hour! Great cocktails, beer and chips/salsa. Stayed for dinner. The cocktails are reasonably priced and some of the nicest I have ever had! Worth going just for cocktails!!

We stayed in Banff for just two nights and dined at Chilli’s on both evenings. The food was great and the service was amazing. Great food, great drinks and great service. A good selection of food and interesting cocktail selection. Friendly and happy staff. Nice ambiance and well done acoustic setting. Generous size meal portions. Prices are well set.

We love Chili's and were surprised that Banff had one since there are on other chain type restaurants around. The food and service were great.

Lovely food, generous but not stupidly so. Our waiter was Alex very polite and helpful. We will come back and would be happy to recommend it
