While staying at the Fox Hotel, our ski package gave us $50 credit to use at any Banff Lodging Restaurant (i.e. Chili's). On Thursday nites, Chili's has a 2 for $25 special, so we figured that on our Thursdays there, we would use our credits at Chili's. Now, normally while in Banff, we would NEVER eat at a restaurant that we can eat at in our home state of Texas; we really enjoy eating at several of the local restaurants and bars in Banff. But after thoroughly our first Thursday nite meal at Chili's, we were delighted to eat there again. The food was favorable, served hot, and was absolutely delicious (both Thursday nights!). So, who knew? I highly suspect that we will return there next year when we ski again!

We booked this restaurant as we couldn’t book a table elsewhere for less than 3 people for New Years. Glad we did. The meals were delicious, if you are vegetarian they are happy to adapt any meal to suit! Loved to sno-jito - best mojito in Banff to date!

Chili’s was so good we chose to eat here twice. My mom and I had a bad experience at a different restaurant, waiting 30 minutes to get in and an hour and a half only to find out the waitress had forgotten our food. Went to Chili’s instead for the second time and were seated right away and got our food super fast. Food was fantastic!

Was in the mood for something simple. Went with the sirloin steak with fully loaded mash potatoes. Steak was cooked medium as ordered but came with a huge pad of garlic butter on it, which completely overpowered and ruined the flavor of the steak. The mashed potatoes, despite the cheddar cheese and bacon, were completely flavorless and had the consistency of glue. Just a terrible meal. At least the staff were pleasant.

The Service was slow and bad, We informed the restaurant that we were celebrating our anniversary at time of reservation. When we arrived we had to wait to be seated as other people went before us, (even thou we had reservations) We were seated and were not talked to for about 10 minutes, the waiter asked us what we would like to eat? No, would like so water or would like a drink! We ordered the dinner did not look or taste as good as it looked in the menu. I ordered a meal with Mexican street corn the corn was soggy and not warm, the jalapeno sausage was cold, Did not eat. Asked to talk to manager and was told he was on break and that they would try to get him to come see us. (never did) We were no offered any discount. We were not offered a "Happy Aniversary" just here's the bill. Very unhappy with this restraunt. We will not return to any Chili's!

Excellent dining experience. Its only chili's... but they have great easy menu for everyone, who does not like tex-mex.???... the service was very good and the location is convenient with plenty of good seating and lots of social distancing. I would love to see couple extra tvs as only the bar has a good view of tvs. The food was good, the drink were good, the server was checking on us all the time.. it was a really good time during dinner..... perhaps the steak in the salad was a tad chewy. We came back for breakfast as well and they had plenty of choices as well. Good place, highly recommend it.

The Girlfriend and I love the Chips and Salsa for a snack, we weren’t hungry enough for lunch but decided just to have a few pops and Chips. Chris our Server / Bartender never let the bowl get half empty before he brought us a full serving again. And he just kept bringing the pops without us even having to ask. Finally after the second basket we had to tell him we were tapping out, that’s a lot of chips for 2 people. He joked he didn’t like seeing my pop half empty so brought me 2 more and gave the Girlfriend a handwritten receipt that had her dying laughing. See the photo. Needless to say the Tip he got was much bigger than the bill (and no it wasn’t exactly free lol) Good dude, go see Chris he will make your day.

Dinner is a much better option than breakfast which was part of our package at the Fox Hotel.
I don't know if it was staff shortage but the food was very slow to be replenished (slower than is normal) and wait time for replenished plates, etc.
I had dinner twice. Once was take out tacos. The meal was tasty and plentiful. Another evening our 14 ladies ate in the restaurant and everyone enjoyed their dinner.
Again, recommend for for a filling and moderately priced lunch or dinner.

Went here for super tonight (4 of us), three of the meals were fine but mine was much worse than fine. Our server Yazzi was awesome, attentive, actually cares about customers wellbeing and has a sense of humour. I didn’t tell her that my food came out cold. I ordered the meat combo thingy with sausage brisket and ribs. Cold meat is not good especially ribs and I did not expect this to happen ever from what we used to consider a decent chain. Extremely disappointing for the price.

We stayed in The Fox Hotel and so had the included continental breakfast at Chili's in the morning each day. We were pretty happy with it. You not only have the regular yogurt, fruit, toast, and hard boiled eggs you get at other places for the included breakfast, but also waffles.
We ate lunch here today before checking out as well and were very pleased with it. They have quite the extensive menu. My husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, with Onion Rings. The rings were some of the best we have had in awhile and he enjoyed the sandwich. I had the Margarita shrimp Tex Mex Bowl and it was the perfect size to fill me up. Very flavorful, with lots of black beans, rice, corn, salsa, and salad greens. It had little tortilla strips on top and quite a bit of shrimp too! I love when they don't skimp on the shrimp!
Our server was a really nice woman who chatted to us about our plans for the rest of the day and she checked on us frequently throughout the meal.
The restaurant has a couple different floors and areas which provide some nice privacy. It wasn't very busy when we ate and we felt like no one was around us. It was a nice atmosphere, with the music really low as well, so you can talk and enjoy your meal.

We are visiting Banff for the family day long weekend and we decided to stop at Chili's for lunch. The service was excellent. Our hostess was very inviting and seated us right away. Let us know where we could find the menu and told us our server would be right over.
Our servers name was Chris. He was amazing! I love when a server has a conversation with you instead of just telling you the specials, taking your order and checking in once. He ask where we were from and was genuinely interested. Our drinks and food were served quickly and our refills came without asking. I would definitely recommend! 10/10

Our 50th Anniversary meal at Chillis started as a ‘let’s try it’ became a ‘HUGE HIGHLIGHT’. The food portion and flavour was far beyond our wildest expectation…. but the service even surpassed that joy. If you are in Banff it’s a ‘MUST’…no kidding. Ask for Vanessa as your server if she is on duty.

Having visited Chili's many times in the Middle East we were familiar with the menu. Food was exactly what we expected, good portions at a reasonable price. We chose to eat outside which was nice but it did mean our server forgot us a little but we were in no hurry so not aproblem

I like chili's as a restaurant. It's part of the fox hotel in banff. The hotel offers a continental breakfast in chili's, and it's not that good. At the time of writing this I don't know if our room is being billed for that breakfast, better not. The eggs were hard boiled, cold, rubber. The fruit was barely acceptable. If you just want o make your own waffle or have bread, it's great for that, better off getting a dozen donuts from Tim's.

We had a fantastic dinner here, the food was delish and the service was super (thanks Tash🥰). The seating is really comfy, we had a booth and sat upstairs. They are very professional when you enter asking the COVID questions and asking you to use hand sanitizer - well done Chili’s ~ we will definitely be back. PS we made a reservation to save disappointment😊
