Great food. We had pizzas which were really good, and loved the additional dipping specialties of the house. Friendly staff. Good local beers. Sitting outside with clear views of the mountains in all directions. Perfect.

Excellent atmosphere and vibe in the bar and great food and wine in the restaurant. If you sit in the bar there is a pretty view of a snow capped mountain across Banff. We had an excellent Canadian wine suggested by Claire our wait person...More

There are two Bison restaurants. We ate at the pizza one in the courtyard. It was great. I had a beet salad, which was good, and we shared a pizza. The pizza came with chili oil and honey to use as a dip. It sounded...More

This place is a gem in Banff. I went for the pizzas and I was not disappointed. I must admit that I am not a pizza "connoisseur", their pizzas were great! Ordered a local white beer (do not remember its name) and it was very...More

Our party of five was seating near a doorway on a rather hot day in July. There is no air conditioning. It is a good thing that the door was open, because it was stifling inside. Unfortunately, this is also the only access to the...More

Chosen by family who live in Banff. Were originally seated by a large group of boisterous guests. We were moved to the beautiful patio where blankets were available for the chill in the air. If it had rained, however, we were warned that the would...More

Stopped here by chance. Bustling but not too busy. Staff were very pleasant and showed us quickly to a high table or we could have sat at the bar - all low tables were taken. Drinks and menus followed quickly. Food order taken and served...More

We used Snowy Owl dog sled tours. They are based out of Canmore I think which is just down the road from Banff. I recommend them especially if you have not been out with huskies before. Amazing dogs, well cared for and fun... More
