Down to earth small menu. Good quality beef burgers. Reasonable cider. Nice waitresses. Not easy to find round the back of the hostel.

We were staying at The Post next door, and wanted something simple. I ordered the flapjacks which were delicious. The place is a typical ski type eatery, but filling and great. Nothing fancy. Service was very very good, they were extremely attentive.

Had dinner one night as we were staying close by and was recommended. Got the elk burger, it was a bit dry but ok. Fried chicken and waffles were nice.

It's approx. 4 km from the Chateau Lake Louise to the Cafe. There is no designated path for pedestrians. The road is quite crowded as it is the only entry and exit to Lake Louise. If you are planning to visit in 2017 it may... More
